True Music Accompanies the Soul Home

True music accompanies the soul home.
Towards the L-rd, it soars, in space and time;
Through all the scenes and episodes of one’s life.
Its trajectory travels nature’s awe.

Its lightness carries us through such travails.
That have caused sorrow, pain, tears;
They now wash the eyes to more clearly see
Through it all and more, to then understand:

All that was not at all comprehended,
All that was too often misunderstood,
All love given, unreciprocated,
All to be done before the journey ends.

Its message awakens the call within
To the stillness that the music elicits.
