Trump: give Bibi Iran, take Gaza in return
Dear President Trump:
It’s the deal of the century. Give Bibi a free hand in Iran, and he’ll have no reason not to give you back a free hand on Gaza.
Bibi will proceed to bring a quick end to the Iranian regime and its nuclear weapons program. That will widow our enemies in Lebanon and Gaza, monsters who have murdered \far too many Americans already. They’ll be left withering on the vine, easy prey for us to deal with.
The one urgent thing for America in the region at this time is: to end the Islamist regime in Iran. It is busy at work on rooting out and killing our agents inside its borders, and is rebuilding its nuclear weapons program with the help of Russia and China. It is still propping up our enemies everywhere in the region and giving them hope they can beat us. It is still helping our enemies even in Asia.
There is no such urgency about Gaza. Israel can safely leave Gaza to your discretion, as long as it’s allowed to finish off Iran.
This in fact is the only way we have to finally solidify the weak deals we got in the last year ago in Lebanon and Gaza. As long as the Islamist regime is in power in Iran, all our others deals in the region will be fraying before our eyes. Let Israel take out Iran and our deals suddenly become good as gold.
Iran is the only country in the region where a full regime change is not a crap shoot but a sure way to make things better for us. A pro-Western regime is bound to appear there once the Islamist regime is gone. It is the documented will of 80% of the Iranian people to be our friends and rid of the Islamist regime. It is something they’ve shown repeatedly in opinion surveys, votes, and mass demonstrations.
Let Israel take out the Ayatollah’s regime, and it’ll be a cakewalk for you to get everything else you want in the region — in Lebanon. in Gaza. in Yemen. in Syria. in loads of more Abraham Accords. and in the West Bank — Bibi will have no more need for dragging his feet on your demands there.
President Trump: Do a really great deal with Netanyahu today. Deed over Iran policy to him. Make him deed over Gaza policy to you in return.
You’ll have the gratitude of 90% of Americans and sweep the upcoming elections. And you’ll get a win for America so big that it’ll be remembered for ages to come as your greatest legacy.
