UN to Decide Israel’s Fate—without Israel

No Israeli consent. No Palestinian reform. No preconditions for peace. Just a roadmap scrawled in European salons and Arab palaces—delivered not as a proposal, but as a divine edict.

The hosts? French President Emmanuel Macron, fresh off a series of pro-Palestinian declarations, and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan. They’ll be joined by Ireland, Spain, Belgium, Norway, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, and the Palestinian Authority. The U.N.’s Secretary-General António Guterres and Under-Secretary-General Rosemary DiCarlo will lend it procedural gravitas. It is not a movement but an ecosystem—composed of hostile governments, international institutions, major media outlets, well-funded NGOs, and of course the people whose own leaders have admitted their national identity is a strategic invention to erase the Jewish state.

It’s powered by a multi-layered assault:

• Terror, to destabilize and traumatize.
• Lawfare, to criminalize resistance and legitimize aggression.
• Diplomatic encirclement, to isolate Israel under the guise of consensus.
• Media warfare, to invert victim and aggressor in the public mind.
• NGO lawfare, to flood international forums with strategic claims and accusations, further institutionalizing the narrative.

Each layer is calibrated to reinforce the others—a full-spectrum campaign of erasure, not coexistence. It exploits the architecture of international institutions while defying their founding principles—a full-spectrum campaign not to build a state, but to dismantle one.

That struggle never stopped. It just changed forms—from hijackings and intifadas to hashtags and human rights panels.. It just changed uniforms—from keffiyehs to conference badges.

The Legal Endgame

There’s a question no one at this conference will answer: Where exactly is this Palestinian state supposed to go? Israel already exists—from the river to the sea. That’s not just a chant co-opted by extremists; it reflects Israel’s legal borders under the principle of uti possidetis juris—which holds that new states inherit the administrative boundaries of the last recognized sovereign.

In Israel’s case, those boundaries were drawn by the British Mandate, spanning the Jordan River to the Mediterranean. That means there is no vacant territory left for another sovereign state. Only existing territory to dismantle.

The June conference also violates international law on several additional counts:

• Violation of Sovereign Equality: Article 2 of the U.N. Charter guarantees all states sovereign equality. Imposing borders on Israel without its consent breaches this foundational principle.
• Violation of Territorial Integrity: International law forbids redrawing state borders through coercion. Establishing a new state within Israel’s existing territory by fiat violates this norm.
• Abuse of Self-Determination: While self-determination is a protected right, it cannot be exercised at the expense of dismantling another sovereign state.
• Breach of Bilateral Frameworks: The Oslo Accords—recognized internationally—mandate that final status issues be resolved through direct negotiations. This conference bypasses that framework entirely.

So what does this new state replace?

The answer is Israel—not just as a political entity, but as a civilizational presence. The campaign is not merely to partition land. It is to partition history, identity, and legitimacy. And this June, the world prepares to make that theft official.

The so-called “two-state solution” has always been pitched to the West as a moral symmetry: two peoples, living side by side in peace and security. But that was only one side’s dream.
