Unshackling the Truth

Remember those last 9 years as the Media went after Trump? It reminds me of what Joseph told Pharaoh, that Egypt will forget the good years just as the hunger kicks in, it doesn’t matter how good the old times were, the current moment will take over. It is now that Trump is in overdrive that we are engrossed in the news cycle, absorbing the long awaited victory lap. It was during the past 9 years that many questioned the basis for the left’s argument, for example, “Are they really pro men in women’s sports? Or are they just kowtowing to a fringe minority?”

The stipulations and conspiracies grew out of hand, all due to the simple fact that you cannot normalize crazy. There had to be an explanation! Each commentator with their own journalism tried to make sense of these anomalies, many brought facts and receipts, while some tried to form dialogue with the other side, all so that they can understand what is going on behind the movement of the ‘common sense deniers.’ The conspiracies grew so out of hand that we felt like that even if only 1% of it were true it would be enough to shut down a lot of corruption.

There was so much to talk about back then before we even had the true and hard facts, back when we were sensing the lies and propaganda but still didn’t have our finger pointed on it. We looked at Pelosi’s stock portfolio as our undeniable fact of corruption, but when it came to the NIH funding we were stonewalled. We all couldn’t find a father or mother across the country who advocated for child mutilation, but somehow the funding seemed to show the contrary. Someone somewhere has taken this up as their cause, and who are we to argue over such strong facts?

The shows were filled with seeking truth, even though we were blocked from knowing it. The quest for the information was what we were after, and look how much material it gave us. The books written and the facts compiled added shelves in the libraries, but still, all the words in the world didn’t come close to the amount of words we will have when the truth is finally set free. It is now that we are starting to uncover the facts that our mouths are left wide open since we don’t even know what to focus on. It is not just the demagogues at the fake media outlets who have trouble choosing a topic for discussion, even the pro MAGA are having trouble speaking of the wins.

This reminds me of the verse in Psalms 126:2, “Then our mouths will be filled with laughter and our tongues with songs.” We have too much to speak of that as we open our mouths to speak of one wonder our minds will interrupt us with a new thought, and so on, that we never get the chance to utter a word. Our mouths will be filled with such happiness that all we will be capable of doing is to sing songs of joy. And the same is with the opposite with those who have no opening and are choked each time they try to speak. Much like Joseph’s brothers as he revealed himself to them, as it is stated in Genesis 45:3.

We learnt a valuable lesson in the upcoming information wars. The value of life truly depends on the information one has. Where did you grow up and what knowledge were you fed? How did your surrounding influences act in tough situations, were they resilient or did they cave to pressure? What do you know to be true, and how strong are you to keep it? The accessibility of information is astounding nowadays, and if not for the global censorship regime over the last few years, peace could’ve been our reality. Once people’s access to information flows freely, it is the common sense of the person that will lead them to be creators rather than destroyers. It is when many are brainwashed to believe a certain way that they claim virtue as their cities burn.

Values are universal. The value of life and the will to keep ourselves alive goes beyond any want or even need in the world. But when people value God, they learn of sacrifice and service. They allow themselves to give up even more of themselves in order to protect their child or loved one, they even throw themselves into the flames and gas chambers to protect the values of their beliefs. We aren’t expecting for the world to become martyrs of their cause, but there is a clear line where one knows when that time has come. If a woman is drowning in an ocean, averting our eyes so we don’t see her for the sake of our purity is considered selfish and quite possibly close to murder itself. We know when to jump in and save and we know when to stand up and fight.

Throughout the last couple of years we have learnt the value of information. We’ve seen the opportunities we have with open dialogue and free speech, and most of all, we’ve seen the contagion of true and eternal values among all who have access to these tools of information. Naturally we have a problem with the unlimited access of information, like vulgarity, profanity and gossip, which once caught up in that web we may wonder how great the gift of access was in the first place. But the truth is that when one has the ability to challenge beliefs as they sifts through them with a fine comb, so that they can reach conclusions that will brighten up their life, they will know to keep themselves away from these areas on the ether. Much like someone who values their physical life will be keeping themselves away from troubled neighborhoods, it is the same discipline that is required of them when it comes to their spiritual war.

It seems like the biggest tragedy of the last couple of years wasn’t just that the corruption led to the assassination attempt on Trump’s life, or the ideology nearly overtaking by force, it was the suppression of innovation and the crushing of values. It is a good thing that we are looking ahead and moving forward in the light of success, but we may never forget what they tried to do and how they came ‘this’ close to achieving it. We must also be wary that we don’t use our newfound freedom to expand our reach to the other extreme. We may need to bend the paper all the way to the other side, but it is before this term ends that it should be balanced and recentered.

There will always be tyrants seeking to exploit the loopholes in the world, they will lie, censor, and kill to get their way. They aren’t funded by the good hearted, because those who fund them become rich off the backs of hardworking taxpayers. And it should’ve been clear from the on set, that those who are pro killing babies probably don’t have a conscience when it comes to taxpayer dollars. I mean, what is theft compared to the greater things they get away with? We cannot allow ourselves to be driven by rage, for if that’s the case, our current opponents will thank us later for doing their job. Just look at the Cheneys. As humans, created in the form of God, we too are creators, and it is our duty to be the orbiters of everything good. We spread light to all people so that they too will have access to truth and come to live with true purpose.
