USA, RIP

Now that the United States and most of the West is dead, let’s see who is going to lead the planet into the future.

You have three candidates, China, Russia, and India.

That’s more than half the population so the world remains in good shape.

The US in adopting homosexual marriage has reverted back to the days when slavery was legal there.

No one paid attention to the US then as a leader and no one will pay attention to it now.

Homosexual marriage is madness, pure and simple.

No one in Africa or the Muslim world, most of Asia, and anywhere else outside western Europe or perhaps parts of Latin America is going down this road.

Whatever else the Americans and Europeans have to offer, and they have a lot, they are going to be ignored, avoided, dismissed as an unsavory role model.

It is too bad because this law in the US resulted due to a flaw in its democracy, not a product of its democracy.

The idea of democracy is that the people are sovereign and this includes those of all economic strata and education levels. That way you have checks and balances and the product normally flows from the wisdom of the people.

By turning over the legislative process to nine upper class people, all of the same profession, it is the same as aristocracy. They represent no one except those in their own class. They have very little in common with the poor in the slums and those from hardscrabble farms, who still form a large proportion of the people. These folks have enough problems surviving without having to deal with a society that encourages sexual perversion in their families.

I have always been in favor of civil marriage in Israel but after seeing the monkey see, monkey do mindless remarks of those in the opposition almost exclusively, I am kind of glad we have marriage entrusted to the rabbis for the time being. They are not going to get carried away in this lunacy. One thing our election did, on the basis of their idiotic response on this issue, is put the right people in opposition.

China, Russia, and India may not be as flashy at the Americans and Europe and except for India they are not committed at this point to democracy, but at least they are sane societies. Whatever they lead us, it will be based on rationality and nature. With those you can’t go wrong.

As for the Americans and the rest of West, see you in the dust heap of history. It was nice knowing you.
