Where is all this headed
The US is reportedly sending planes to an island in the Indian Ocean, ostensibly in position to attack Iran.
Hamas is on the verge of being finished off. Egypt is under pressure to take in Gazans.
Houthis are being bombed into submission.
Antisemites on US campuses are scared.
Woke is getting cancelled.
Where is it all heading? What does the future hold? How do we see everything playing out? What will happen?
Moshiach. It’s all heading there. A time of prosperity and peace.
Everything will be exactly how it should be — peaceful. Relaxed. Comfortable.
As Maimonides writes, in the times of Moshiach there won’t be strife or jealousy or competition.
There will be a feeling of contentment. There will be a feeling of paradise, the Garden of Eden of old.
Where humanity and G-d meet.
Where everything becomes clear. Where we see how G-d is One with the world. And where we realize, that there is nothing besides Him — ‘Ein oid milvadoi.’ (Deuteronomy 4; 35)
Where it won’t be each person for themselves. Rather, we will all help one another.
Utopia. Where peace reigns supreme. Where there is no reason to try to outdo the other person. Where food and delicacies will be abundant.
Where we will be engaged in knowing G-d.
And life will be supremely Divine.
Moshiach. It seemed like such a dream. Now it seems so close.
May it happen very soon.
