Why attacking the Iran Nuclear program was the right move

This post is for people who find themselves bewildered that Israel and the US have attacked Iran’s nuclear program- or know someone who is. I am not a historian. Nor am I an expert in the Iranian Islamic Regime, US foreign policy, or nuclear weapons. But, you don’t have to be an expert to see facts on the ground, to use your brain, and pay attention.

Since, and even prior to it’s modern inception, Israel has only wanted to exist in peace. A safe place for the Jewish people in their ancestral homeland.

From the beginning, Jews agreed to share the space with the Arabs who had moved here over the millennia, ever since the majority of our people were exiled from the land by the Romans (who renamed the land Palestina in honor of the philistines, Israel’s worst enemy).

The Arabs refused a separate state, attacking us from as far as Iraq and as close as Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon and Syria. This is how we ended up with more land than the partition granted – THEY attacked. We won.

In the decades since the establishment of the modern state of Israel this happened twice more (’67 & ’73). That is how Israel ended up in charge of a population with no state: what is called the occupation.

Throughout this history, there has been no Arab leadership willing to actually create the state that westerners keep screaming for. To the severe detriment of both our people, they invest their money, resources, and people in destroying Israel rather than building Palestine.

That fence? Built to stop the suicide bombings.
Gaza? We left in 2005- taking all Jews (dead and alive) with us. We got rockets in return.

The other Arab nations? They’re not interested in the Palestinians except as a weapon to harass and seek to exterminate the Jewish State.

The Islamic Regime in Iran has been the number one funder and instigator of terror against the Jews. Via Hezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Syria and others, it has over and again slaughtered Jews AND Palestinians alike by endlessly funding and planning intifadas, missile production & launches, terror attacks, hijackings, suicide bombings and more.

Instead of building Palestine and investing in their brethren, they constantly instigate terror by fictionalizing history, heritage and even what is possible.

They are not honest with the Palestinians about the fact that the Jews will not be going anywhere, that we have nowhere to go to. They lie about our determination, claim that we all have 5 passports, that we aren’t really of this land, and insist that if they just cause us enough suffering, if enough Palestinians sacrifice themselves, we will leave.

These lies have led to the blood of the Palestinians just as they have led to the blood of Jews.

The tragedy is that it did not and does not have to be this way. The Palestinian, Lebanese, Iranian people don’t have to suffer for their leaderships’ hatred of the Jews.

But they will continue to do so as long as their leaders choose to invest in our demise over their people’s welfare.

October 7th changed Israel. We will no longer harbor the notion that maybe, if they could just see how nice peace could be, they’d choose to live side by side with us.

We will no longer wait, hoping against hope, to see if terror organizations maybe won’t follow through on their threats.

We will no longer allow foreigner’s ideas of what Palestinian leadership wants to outweigh the actions that leadership takes- in educating their youth, in propaganda, in who they worship, in their rhetoric, in their treatment of terrorists.

Israel is not perfect, but the 2 million Arabs who are citizens of this country have the same rights and opportunities as Jews here. If we weren’t constantly attacked by Arabs, I believe we could do even better in these relationships.

Anyone shocked that Israel attacked Iran’s nuclear program has not been paying attention to what has been going on or has spent too much time listening to people like Jackson Hinkle, Medhi Hussan, Candace Owens et al. and others so narcissistic that they can’t see that the rest of the world isn’t New York, London or Sydney and that the identity politics, race issues, and oppressor/oppressed dichotomy are not at play here.

Iran has threatened and attacked America for decades. Do a simple Google or Grok search if you’re unfamiliar with this. They regularly chant Death to America as they scream Death to Israel.

Despite giving them ample time to negotiate an end to their nuclear weapon program, they have been deceptive, deceitful, and duplicitous.

The regime is absolutely a threat to Americans should they have a nuclear weapon. All of the West, should be grateful to Israel and the US for ending Iran’s ability to develop a nuclear bomb.

Anyone screaming silly questions like why should Israel have a nuclear bomb when Iran can’t, or claiming that Iran has not attacked anyone is a grifter, a liar, an antisemite, or all of the above.

Actors like Qatar have spent billions of dollars infiltrating US universities and even elementary school curriculums. Ask yourself why that is. Ask yourself who benefits from a world in which history is subjective, where Iran, a regime that beats women for not having a head covering, jails bloggers, and shoots student protesters could possibly be the good guy. Ask yourself who benefits from chaos on the streets of Western cities.

No one wants war. But we must not confuse surrender with peace- may it come soon.
