Aryeh Lazar

Why does your life become emotionally challenged when you focus on what is wrong?

Modern life trains you
to notice problems,
pressure and negativity all day long.

This leads you to frustration
and emotional exhaustion.

G-d created you to enjoy life!

Torah teaches you
that your eyes and heart
should notice all the good in the world.

This begins with you appreciating all the blessings HaShem gives you.

By regularly thanking HaShem,
you change the way you experience life.

The more that gratitude fills your heart,
the less room you have left for bitterness and despair.

You stop feeling
the world is against you.

Then you start noticing
how much goodness
surrounds you.

Even your small moments matter.

A good conversation.
A caring friend.
A delicious meal.
A moment of calm.
A sincere prayer.
A new beginning.

“Who is rich?
One who rejoices in his portion.”

(Pirkei Avos 4:1)

Gratitude strengthens your Emunah.

In fact, a Jew starts the day with blessings of praise to HaShem.

You realize HaShem is helping you far more than you ever noticed before.

HaShem has been caring for you all along.

You are not facing life alone!

Developing your Emunah

What are you doing to notice all of the good G-d places before you every day?

How can you train yourself to notice more of the good HaShem places in your life every day?

We love to hear your thoughts.

Please share this with anyone
who might enjoy or benefit from it.
