Why would a 16-year-old teenager murder Ari Fuld this morning?

Indeed, why would a 16-year-old teenager murder Ari Fuld this morning?

That mystery surrounds the Israeli media.

The press does not have to look any further than the Palestinian Authority killer incentive fund, established six years ago, which provides a cash award for life for anyone who murders a Jew speaks for itself.

That gratuity is for the killer and for the family of the killer, for life.

Here is the background.

For those who define the Palestinian Authority as an advocate of peace, how would you feel if the PA provided an award  for someone who murdered your parent, sibling, child or friend.

Full disclosure: Ari Fuld was a friend.

Now  is the time for the government of Israel to impound the bank accounts of the Hamula (extended family) of Ari Fuld’s assailant so that the PA cannot provide another award for murder
