Since Israel was born in 1948, it remains the only Middle Eastern democracy. We are surrounded by many countries and many people who live in those counties who must be envious of what Israel has accomplished during its short history.

Former President Trump finally made a breakthrough by helping to bring some of Israel’s neighbors to the “peace table” which resulted in the Abraham Accords. This marked the first public normalization of relations between an Arab country and Israel since that of Egypt in 1979 and Jordan in 1994.

Israel has never been able to rest because of the constant threat it has faced from its Arab neighbors. But now it is our Palestinian neighbors who are the real problem. At any time, we can come under Gaza rocket fire. Terrorists are constantly trying to attack our men and women soldiers and police. And the world does not seem to care.
