Aryeh Lazar

You do not need to carry the emotional weight of the entire world

Sometimes, you may feel emotionally drained.

At these times, your mind cannot rest.

You constantly absorb:

news,
stress,
pressure,
conflict and
the expectations of others.

The modern world trains you
to tune into world events
every moment of the day:

Emails, websites, apps …

But living this way
slowly exhausts your soul.

“Be still and know
that I am HaShem.”
(Psalm 46:11)

Torah teaches you
that inner calm
is not weakness.

Inner calm is strength.

When your mind constantly races,
you begin losing clarity,
patience and emotional balance.

Sometimes the most important thing
you can do
is quietly step back,
slow down and reconnect
to your inner world.

You do not need
to react to everything.

You do not need
to carry the emotional weight
of the entire world.

HaShem creates periods of rest,
silence and reflection
because your soul needs them.

The calmer your inner world becomes,
the stronger, happier and more secure
you feel.

How can you structure your day so
you are more tuned in to your spiritual side
and less to the buzz of the world?

We would love to hear your thoughts.

Please share this with anyone
who might enjoy or benefit from it.
