An Initiation into the Coming of Messiah

The question of the coming Messiah is extremely subtle and sensitive. The Tradition states that the Messiah has to come from the roots of David, to gather the dispersed Jews from all over the world, to establish a righteous Government and to build the Third Temple. I believe that in due time this expectation definitely will be fulfilled.

As we saw from the Post, published on 21.10.2022, at any historical epoch, the Current Messiah is living in the 4^th Heaven, the Heavenly Jerusalem (the place where the three higher Worlds meet). With great appreciation to the remarkable Kabbalist in our time, the late Z’ev ben Shimon Halevi (Peace and Light to his Soul), I will quote the description of the 4^th Heaven and the position of Messiah from his book The Way of Kabbalah:  

The Fourth Heavenly Hall, composed of the Beriatic Hod-Tiferet-Nezah, is called Zebul, meaning Habitation. It is said to be the place of the Heavenly Jerusalem. Here Akiba says that he was with God. Being in contact with the Beriatic Tiferet would place him directly under the Azilutic Malkhut which is occupied by the Shekhinah, the Presence of the Lord. As the Tiferet of Creation, this place is watched over by Archangel Michael who is the guardian of the House of Israel. Immediately below the sefirah of the Shekhinah is the Temple upon whose altar is written the quotation from 1 Kings 8:13: ‘I have surely built thee a House of Habitation, a place for thee to dwell for ever’ which indicated the first direct connection with the Eternal World of Azilut. Also to be found here, Tradition says, are the ten great Zadekim who constitute the esoteric or Heavenly Assembly of Israel. They dwell just below the one fully evolved Man who resides in the Yeziratic Keter – which is simultaneously the Beriatic Tiferet and the Azilutic Malkhut – and acts as the incarnate link with the Divine. Oral Tradition states that one such man exists on the earth at any given time although his presence is openly manifest to the World only when it is needed. To some he is known as the Messiah and to others the Axis of the Age. He has a place and name in every living Tradition. When Rabbi Akiba attained this level of being he came into the presence of the nearest God-Name to natural man: ADONAI-LORD. In another book, A Kabbalistic Universe, Halevi describes the event at the End of Days, when, after the great and final war between evolution and mechanical regression, evil is defeated and the Messiah descends from the place of the Archangel Michael, at Tiferet of Beriah, to the Tiferet of Yezirah to act as the Saviour King for mankind. The End of Days is now because the present Indo-European cosmic cycle had fulfilled its purpose and G-d activates the New, Heavenly Jerusalem, cosmic cycle with a New Heaven, New Earth and a New Humankind living on it. For this purpose, G-d will send the Messiah from Tiferet in the World of Creation (where the three higher worlds meet) to the World of Formation (where the three lower worlds meet) to act as a Saviour King in order to elevate humankind to the new Heavenly Jerusalem cosmic cycle.

Here it is important to emphasise the difference between the Initiation into the Coming of the Messiah and His Real Coming. While the Initiation introduces the Programme of  G-d for the new cosmic cycle through Messiah, the Real Coming is the glorious fulfilment of this Apocalyptic Divine Event on Earth by the Saviour King!

I believe that the published 33 Posts altogether could be  summarised as a possible Initiation into the Coming of Messiah, i.e., the impulse from G-d for the New Heavenly Jerusalem cosmic cycle, and the Programme for its realisation by the Messiah. Below I will include a few personal visions received over the years, which I believe could shed some light on the Initiation into the Coming of Messiah.

Thirty-Seven Messages from the Holy Land

As a continuation of the Mystery School of the Spirit, I was sent to Jerusalem in May-June 1981. There I was blessed to visit the Holy Land and to enter into Jerusalem. It is the cradle of the three Abrahamic religions – Judaism, Christianity and Islam. In the metaphysics of the Heavenly Jerusalem, with its twelve Gates, they open three Universal Gates of the Holy City.

Altogether, I received Thirty-Seven Messages. Some of the messages were written with ‘letters of fire’ on the etheric layer. They were visions from the Causal World, the Highest Divine World. Most of them had their own aura and revealed a vast metaphysical and mystical substance. The messages were visions for the coming new cosmic cycle of evolution, the event of the Second Coming (or the New Coming) of the Divine Masters on an etheric level, the Divine Wedding in Heaven, the New Apocalyptic Act of G-d creating everything new. There were messages about the destiny of nations such as the Bulgarian, Polish, Israeli, Russian, Irish and other nations. I also received messages about myself.

In essence, most of the Messages were connected with the coming new cosmic cycle of evolution. They indicated the return to the Divine Origin of Being, when we are leaving gradually the material world of Asiyyah and enter into the higher World of Yetzirah (the World of Formation), even Beriah (the World of Creation). Thus, they revealed the reality of the New Heaven, New Earth and the New Humankind, who will live there.

Mandala of the Heavenly Jerusalem

On August 27, 1982, I received an illumination into the Mandala of the Heavenly Jerusalem. This was a staggering vision of the Heavenly Jerusalem, the Holy City with its Twelve Gates which are the Gates to spiritual realities of the world religions. I realised that this was a message for the new Millennium and for the new cosmic cycle – to appreciate the Kingdom of God with its many mansions!

I received the vision of the Kingdom of God in the form of a Zodiac-Mandala (a symbolic image of the Universe and the epochs in the Indo-European Cycle). At the centre of this Mandala was the Absolute Origin of Being, the Cosmic-spiritual Sun which radiates the Light of Creation. This Light manifested through the images of the Divine Masters – Krishna, Moses, Buddha, Zoroaster, Christ, Muhammad, Beinsa Douno and many other Divine Masters, together with their Feminine Partners, as they appeared in the various historical epochs. It was a staggering new Universal Mandala in which we could contemplate the light of the Divine Masculine and Feminine Masters and at the same time link with the centre of the Mandala which is the mystery of the Absolute Origin of Being, the Creator, the Primal Cause, the Source of Life and the Primordial Adi Buddha.

The Path of the Divine Rainbow

In the autumn of 1990, I continued my study of the Kabbalistic Tradition and intensified the work on the book The Second Coming. One day, in the first half of December 1990, as I was working, I unexpectedly received an illumination about the Path to the reality of the New Heaven and the New Earth and how to bring this celestial reality down on Earth. A staggering metaphysical Divine Rainbow appeared before my inner eyes, linking all the worlds of Creation and ‘carrying’ us into the New Reality.

The Divine Rainbow in my vision stretched through the whole vertical structure of Creation (consisting of the material, angelic and the highest Divine Worlds), merged with the One Who sits on the Throne and ‘went’ into the New Reality. If we imagine humankind ascending to Heaven, to a new higher state of cosmic consciousness and at the same time acting on Earth with the task of transforming it into a Paradise, then we can say that the path of humankind is like a magnificent Divine Rainbow, Earth-Heaven-New Earth: rising from the earthly consciousness to Heaven and descending back to the New Earth.

The Rainbow Path, which brings us up to the Heavenly Jerusalem and helps us to establish this celestial reality on Earth, is given specially for our epoch. It is not only a Path, but a living Rainbow, a symbol of a New Covenant – that of our ascent to the reality of the New Heaven and the New Earth.

Here we could recall Jacob’s ladder as a Path to the Highest Divine World. The difference between Jacob’s ladder and the Rainbow Path is connected with the essence of our epoch – the Rainbow Path not only leads to the Highest Divine World, but helps us to bring this Divine reality down on Earth. On the other hand, the Fourth Step of the Rainbow Path, The Heavenly Jerusalem, now is presented as the Kingdom of God with many mansions, which are the spiritual realities of the world religions.

The list of insights and visions connected with the Initiation for the Coming of Messiah could be continued. To a great extent they substantiate the content of all published Posts in my Blog. Here however I have to emphasise that most of them were received as a result of the collective work of our International Spiritual Group. The Group was like a creative spiritual laboratory where the Initiation for the Coming of Messiah was developing gradually.

Now of course, the main question is how the Initiation into the Coming of Messiah will develop into His Real Coming on Earth as the Saviour King! To answer this strategic question, in the next Post I will introduce the scriptural requirements concerning the Messiah, what he will do, and what will be done during his reign which are located in the Book of Isaiah and in the Books of some other prophets as well.
