By the Grace of G-d

Are you special?

Is there something about you that makes you special?

Something that makes you exceptional.

Do you shine?

Are you above and beyond the ordinary?

Are you special?

If you walked into a room, would it be immediately noticeable to everyone there, that something extraordinary and unique radiates from your presence?

Something that the entire world benefits from.

Something that, when you speak to someone, your light shines to that person, and it inspires that person.

Something that enables you to be both here, on this world, and beyond. At the same time.

“And You made us holy with Your Mitzvot (commandments).”

Words from the holiday prayers.

A concept that lifts us above the ordinary. Consecrated. Holy.

“And You made us holy with Your Mitzvot.”

When we do a Mitzva, when we fulfill G-d’s command, we connect to Him in a sacred, wondrous way.

And then, when we walk into a room, the glow shines.

And we do a Mitzva by sharing the light. By offering someone a kind word, showing that we care.

Do a Mitzva. And feel special.
