Baruch "Bucky" Apisdorf is the CEO and co-founder of Let's Do Something, one of the fastest-growing Jewish nonprofits in the world. Founded by a group of friends in their 20s in the aftermath of the October 7 attacks, the organization was created in honor of their close friend David Newman, who was murdered at the Nova Music Festival. Today, Let's Do Something is building a new model for civic engagement, combining campus organizing, social media, leadership development to strengthen the American center. Under Bucky's leadership, the organization has grown to a network spanning more than 25 university campuses, 300+ student leaders, and a digital audience of 300,000 followers, reaching over 10 million people each month. He has spoken and organized on college campuses across North America, creating spaces for open dialogue, civil debate, and the development of the next generation of leaders.
