Charlotte Mendel was born in Nova Scotia and lived in Israel for 10 years. She is the author of 3 literary fiction novels and one Young Adult book. She is also a parent, a farmer, a teacher and an environmental activist. Charlotte is currently volunteering with Protective Presence in the West Bank.
