A native of London, England; Michael spent several years in Israel including 2 years on Kibbutz Kfar Blum where he met his future wife (and learned to loved cats!) Michael has spent the past 45+ years in the United States: First at Rutgers and Princeton. And then for the past 40 years in Washington DC: After a year at the Washington Institute; Michael was since 1986, until very-recently Director of Policy Analysis at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).
