Raphael Cohen-Almagor, DPhil, St. Catherine’s College, is a prolific scholar and institutional founder with 350+ publications. He held distinguished roles at Haifa, UCLA, Hull, Lund, UCL, Jerusalem, Johns Hopkins and The Woodrow Wilson Center, and taught globally.
