Aryeh Lazar

Do you ever sit alone thinking about how HaShem controls everything in your life?

(ChatGPT)

Rashi, the great Jewish Commentator says (Shoftim):

“Go with HaShem in temimah (simplicity) and look only towards Him.

Do not busy yourself with worries about the future.”

There are two paths in life.

You can be busy with worries about the future

or

You can look to HaShem.

You then become like a child who looks towards his parents
and feels menucha (calm).

The more you look to HaShem
and visualize His closeness to you,
the less room there is for worries to occupy your heart.

You will be living in a different dimension!

Rabbi Aryeh Leib Zell deals with many people
struggling with anxiety, OCD, and compulsive worries.

He tells them to

“Wake up early,
spend a half-hour in a private place,
sit alone and think deeply:

HaShem is real.
HaShem is here.
HaShem is close to you.
HaShem creates the whole world.

He creates the heavens and the earth.

HaShem controls everything.

It will take a long time, but after a while
you start acquiring Menuchas Hanefesh.”

Question:
Do you ever sit privately
and focus on the truth
that your whole life is being
directed by the Creator of the world?

What are your thoughts?

Please share this with anyone
who might enjoy or benefit from it.
