Everything That Happens to You Is Truly Good!

Learn to love your blessings.

This is the highest form of Positive Thinking.

If you did not sleep last night you would not be yourself.

You could not function.
You feel gloomy.
You would be irritable.

No one could deal with you.

And yet — every morning, your strength is returned to you.

From the siddur (Jewish Prayer Book):

“Blessed are you HaShem our G-d King of the world
who gives strength to the weary.”

Who gives you back your strength?

Only HaShem.

This blessing is talking about you!

The whole Siddur is about HaShem’s goodness to you.

When you say these blessings keep repeating to yourself:

“HaShem is Good.
HaShem is Good.
HaShem is Good!”

In the Shemonah Esrei (a foundational prayer) you say:

Gomel Chassidim Tovim
(Who gives you bountiful Kindness)

This means:

You got married!
You have a family!
You had children!
You have parnossa (livelihood)!
You are whole (complete)!

There is no amount you could pay HaShem
for these and so many of your blessings!

This kind of positive thinking only works if you are trained.

Train yourself and you feel unlimited gratitude
to the Ribbono Shel Olom (the Master of the Universe)
deep within your essence.

You will joyfully accept whatever He does!

In Psalms it says:

“Your kindness is established Forever.”
Olam Chesed Yebonei (Psalm 89:3)

Everything that happens to you in this world is Chesed L’Emes — truly good, even if you don’t yet see how.

Only someone who is trained realizes this!
