Feeding the Demons of War, Washington’s Arab Palestinian – Israeli Peace Process

Egyptian Yasir Arafat, Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), and the head of Arab Palestinian Fatah, regime of carnage.  Washington’s descent into a dark insanity Israel – Arab Palestinian peace process erupted early evening of March 1, 1973 in Sudan. Senior envoy in the Sudanese capital of Khartoum, Saudi Arabian Ambassador Abdullah al Malhouk had invited other mission heads to get together and say farewell for George Curtis Moore, 47, a popular U.S. Foreign Service officer. Moore was a well-known pro-Arab Palestinian and anti-Israel U.S. official. After serving as the ranking U.S. diplomat in the Sudan for more than three years, Moore was being replaced by U.S. Ambassador Cleo A. Noel.

 Eight militant commandos, members of Black September, part of Arafat’s Fatah organization, stormed the Saudi embassy in Khartoum, took Noel, Moore, and others hostage. A day later, on March 2, 1973, Noel, Moore and Guy Eid, chargé d’affaires at the Belgian embassy were bound, lined up against a basement wall, and executed by all eight gunmen simultaneously. A total of ten international diplomats were taken hostage.

The U.S. State Department possessed direct evidence of Arafat’s responsibility, yet neither the State Department nor any other government agency made public its knowledge. Indeed, as recently as the summer of 2002, the State Department denied that such evidence existed. Across seven administrations, the State Department hewed to silence and denial. Washington’s Israel – Arab Palestinian peace process became contorted policy woven with psychotic realities. Thousands of U.S. Intelligence Reports, millions of pages of white washing excrementitious of Washington’s peace process prattle. This has given ascent to infamous new meaning of American’s Capital , The White House.

In was almost 2 years after the death of Yasir Arafat before the truth was known, in a 2006 declassified record . June 15, 2006 , in Foreign Relations, 1969-1976, Volume E-6, Documents on Africa, 1973-1976, includes a report on “The Seizure of the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Khartoum.” One sentence of the summary reads thus: “The Khartoum operation was planned and carried out with the full knowledge and personal approval of Yasir Arafat, Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), and the head of Fatah. On the evening of the 2nd, the Beirut headquarters of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) sent an order of execution to the terrorists via radio broadcast: “Why are you waiting? The people’s blood in the Cold River cries for vengeance” (“Cold River” was the code word for executing the captives). Recordings of that call have suspiciously disappeared, but  Yasir Arafat, chairman of the PLO personally delivered this order to murder Noel, Moore and Guy Eid. This was because President Nixon refused to concede to a outrageous list of Arafat’s demands, one most notable the release of Sirhan Sirhan, the assassin of Robert Kennedy! Paradoxically President Nixon response to Arafat’s Khartoum’s hideous acts was to cover it up and bury it, even over the outrage of U.S. Congress. Despite Arafat’s ordering the executions in Khartoum  of Noel, Moore and Guy Eid he received  tacit support of President Richard Nixon and his National Security Adviser (and soon-to-be Secretary of State) Henry Kissinger. That set the pattern for decades to come.

Yasir Arafat recognized he was shielded, insulated by Washington’s obtuse policy wall. Realizing this Arafat escalated his murderous path across the face of the Middle East region. Nothing was too grotesque or abominable. Arafat’s bloody history was already several decades old, under Arafat’s direct or indirect command including Fatah, Black September, Tanzim and Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade were responsible for hundreds of bombings, hijackings, assassinations and other attacks, including the 1972 murder of 11 of Israel’s Olympic athletes in Munich, the 1985 hijacking of the Achille Lauro cruiseship (resulting in the murder of wheelchair-bound Leon Klinghoffer).  Many of these Arab Palestinian terrorist organizations like the Iranian backed Hamas would follow into Arafat’s American built citadel.

In May 1974, PLO Arab militant terrorists entered Israel from Lebanon and took over a high school in the town of Maalot, six miles south of border killing 22 children (mostly 15-year-old girls) with grenades and automatic weapons and injuring many more. Another similar attack a month earlier killed 18 people in the town of Kiryat Shmona. A few months later in November of 1974, after this horrible butchery Arafat made his first visit to America (an event that could not have happened without State Department approval). Arafat made the most of it in terms of thumbing his nose at the U.S. In a grandiose display, wearing a sidearm (or at least an empty holster; stories vary) and unbelievably accompanied by several of the participants of the Khartoum murder operation. With blood on his hands from Khartoum, the massacre of 22 Israeli children, Arafat made his famous debut at the United Nations in New York on November 13, 1974 contemptuously denouncing Israel and Zionism as racism. There in 1974, the United Nations recognized the PLO as “the sole legitimate representative of the Arab Palestinian people,” and Yasir Arafat its leader. Strangely this mixture of Arabs & Egyptians forever became known as Palestinians and the area contested the lost country Palestine. Leading up to Israel’s independence in 1948, it was common for the international press to label Jews, not Arabs, living in the mandate as Palestinians.

Imad Mughniyah, Yasir Arafat’s personal bodyguard and member of elite PA Force 17 commando. The late Imad (assassinated in 2008) was one of FBI’s and International wanted terrorist before the Bin Laden. Imad is also responsible for killing more Americans than any other terrorist before 9/11. He has been implicated in some of the most spectacular terrorist attacks of the 1980s and 1990s. He helped to build Iran’s Hezbollah forces. Imad served as special operations chief for Hezbollah’s international operations. Imad Mughniyah was also part of Iran’s security and intelligence services as a top Officer in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Al Quds Force. Imad helped trained Khomeini’s forces for overthrowing the Shan of Iran in the 1979 Iranian Revolution. One of Ayatollah Khomeini’s first acts was to turn over Iran’s Israeli Embassy to Yasir Arafat. Arafat was the first honored guest to go and celebrate with Khomeini the success of the Iranian Revolution.  Khomeini pledged himself to assist PLO/Fatah against Israel and declared war on the tiny state. As Hezbollah’s international operations chief, Mughniyah oversaw the group’s terror network and established operational cells around the world.

The first high-profile terror act linked to Mughniyah was the 1983 suicide bombing attack on the U.S. Embassy in Beirut Lebanon that killed sixty-three people. In the fall of the same year, he masterminded the twin truck suicide bombings in Beirut that hit a building housing French paratroopers, killing fifty-eight, and a U.S. Marines Beirut barracks building, killing 283 marines. These suicide attacks wounded hundreds.  Mughniyah also engineered a series of high-profile kidnappings, including the CIA’s Beirut station Chief William Buckley who he tortured and killed. Imad advised suicide bombing assaults against Jewish victims South America in 1992 and in 1994. On 17 March 1992, a pickup truck driven by a suicide loaded with explosives smashed into the front of the Israeli Embassy located on the corner of Arroyo and Suipacha and detonated. The embassy, a Catholic church, and a nearby school building were destroyed. Four Israelis died, but most of the victims were Argentine civilians, many of them children. The blast killed 29 and wounded 242. The next suicide attack in 1994 a Hezbollah suicide bomber blew himself up in the Jewish community center in Buenos Aires, killing 85 and wounding hundreds and as of 2014 it remains the deadliest attack on an Israeli diplomatic mission.

From Iranian terrorist training camps in Sudan, Imad Mughniyah formed Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad suicide bomber forces. These Arab Palestinian suicide bombers first struck into the heart land of Israel. It was Imad Mughniyah in Sudan that was the bridge between Osama bin Laden and Tehran. There in Sudan 1993, under the tutelage of Imad, Bin Laden embraced Ayatollah Khomeini’s radical Islamic ideology of suicide bombing. This paved the road for the 9/11 attacks. Imad Mughniyah was one of the main epicenters for Ayatollah Khomeini’s radical Islamic ideology of suicide bombing, which became a global pandemic.

Yet paradoxically with little Washington dissent, Yasir Arafat became worshiped by American and international news media. He was lionized by most of the world media as an Arab “Moses”, struggling to free his people. In 1994 Arafat received the Nobel Peace Prize. He became a desirable visitant in presidential palaces and residences around the world and particularly the White House. Time magazine called Arafat the Clinton administration’s “Most Frequent Visitor President Clinton has held more tete-a-tetes with the Arab Palestinian leader than any other world leader during his eight years in office.” Clinton administration invited Arafat to the White House thirteen times, more times than any other foreign visitor

This was and continues to be the most damaging position for Washington to take, for it just encouraged even more corruption. For Arab Palestinians who were disgusted with public corruption America was not interested and were not going to hold Arafat to account, nor any Arab Palestinian Leader. And it is condescending, suggesting Palestinian Arabs, could not really be expected to have honest public institutions. Arafat’s supported Saddam Hussein’s invasion of Kuwait. He acknowledged that by siding with Saddam, the Arab Palestinians lost some $100 million annually from the Persian Gulf nations that had traditionally been main benefactors. Over 200,000 Arab Palestinians were booted out of Kuwait.

Through this White House canonization, Yasir Arafat acquired billions of dollars in international aid and misplaced it.  Palestinian Authority woman Dr. Ghania Malhis, then chairwoman of the board of trustees at the Economic Policy Research Institute in Ramallah, reported that billions of dollars spent over a ten year period had not even restored the PA economy to its 1999 performance. She addressed the United Nation’s Seminar on Assistance to the Arab Palestinian People on March 25, 2010 noted that years of foreign aid appears to have done little good for the PA economy. Dr. Malhis concluded in 2010, that foreign countries had donated a total of $12 billion to Arafat’s PA since 1995. That figure did not combine billions of dollars in aid rendered by international aid organizations such as UNRWA and other NGO’s, she noted. Assistance to the PA is increasing steadily: the PA received an average of one billion dollars a year between 2001 and 2005, $1.5 billion in 2007, $1.8 billion in 2009, and a estimated $2 billion is expected in 2010. The GDP was 13 percent lower than it was in 1999, and GDP per capita is declining by 30 percent, she said.

 A Reader’s Digest, November 1983, page 97 by Nathan M. Adams, “Drugs for Guns: The Bulgarian Connection,” reported that “The PLO purchased an estimated 40% of its light infantry weapons with either heroin, hashish, or morphine base produced by PLO and Syrian controlled laboratories in Syria or in Lebanon’s Beak’s Valley.”

A  U.S. Department of Justice, Special Report confirmed this information, “The Involvement of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria in International Narcotics Trafficking,” Drug Enforcement Administration, Office of Intelligence, May 1984, page 2. According to a 1990 CIA report, the PLO used drug trafficking, arms smuggling, and money laundering and counterfeiting to amass a fortune estimated between $8 and $14 billion.  In 1993 and 1994, the British National Criminal Intelligence Services estimated the total to be about $10 billion, with an annual income of $1.5 – $2 billion. The Palestine Liberation Organization transformation into the Palestinian Authority (PA) in 1993, as a result of the Oslo Accords, did not impede the organization’s illegal activities. On the contrary, as the world gave the PA legitimacy, the PA abused this status to expand its illegal activities

 In Dr. Rachel Ehrenfeld, 2003 book, FUNDING EVIL, How Terrorism Is Financed and How to Stop It, “For decades the West has been turning a blind eye to the PLO’s fundraising endeavors, thereby allowing the PLO to freely continue operating both legitimate , illegitimate and narco-trafficking businesses”. In reality a fraction of these billions of dollars ever went to help the Arab Palestinian people. And almost all of this international aid is unaccounted for.

Arafat appointed his old Fatah comrade Mahmoud Abbas as Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas, also known as Abu Mazen, Fatah, which was formally known as the Palestinian National Liberation Movement. After Arafat succumbed, suddenly, to the illness that killed him in October of 2004, he was succeeded as PLO Chairman and current Palestinian Authority President.

Concurring to Special Report No 14 2013 by the European Court of Auditors, a Luxembourg-based watchdog, Roughly €2.3 Billion ($3.1 Billion) made its way from Europe to the Palestinian territories between 2008 and 2012, but much of it is unaccounted for, the report said. EU Court of Auditors investigators who visited sites in Jerusalem, Gaza and Judea & Samaria (West Bank) noted ‘significant shortcomings’ in the management of funds sent to Gaza and the West Bank. “The auditors lamented about the lack of measures to ‘mitigate’ high-level’ risks, such as ‘corruption or of funds not being used for their designed purpose,’”. Billions of dollars of international aid granted to the Palestinian Authority may have been squandered, lost to corruption.

A yearly report by the Coalition for Accountability and Integrity (AMAN) stated that corruption in official Palestinian institutions is ongoing. The 2013 “Corruption and Ways to Combat It” report urged the reconsideration of the overall structure of the Palestinian Authority institutions, reducing the number of public non- ministerial institutions and merging them with each other in order to allow optimal use of resources, changing the Palestinian monetary policies and establishing an end to the draining of the public treasury funds. It called for the prosecution of Palestinian officials who refuse to abide by the verdicts the Supreme Court of Justice according to the law. It also called for the development of implementation mechanisms and adherence to the provisions of the Code of Conduct for public office approved by the Palestinian cabinet in Ramallah. Pointing out that 41 corruption cases were presented before the Anti-Corruption Court since its establishment up to the end of September 2012, the report noted that they range from embezzlement and money laundering to fraud, abuse of trust and use of PA official positions for individual  gain.

“Since the establishment of limited Palestinian self-rule in the West Bank and Gaza Strip in the mid-1990s, the U.S. government has committed over $4 billion in bilateral assistance to the Palestinians, who are among the world’s largest per capita recipients of international foreign aid.”  This Congressional Report also states , “ Facing a regular annual budget deficit of over $1 billion, PA officials regularly seek aid from the United States and other international sources to meet the PA’s financial commitments. Absent major structural changes in revenue and expenses, which do not appear likely in the near term despite some ambitious PA goals and projections, this dependence will likely continue,”.  With billions of dollars in aid the Arab Palestinian Leadership should have No budget deficits. The total population of Arab Palestinians in Gaza and Judea & Samaria is only around 4.42 million. If of anything they should be flourishing, sadly the more the aid given the more Arab Palestinians sink into poverty.

Since the time of Yasser Arafat to the Fatah and Hamas today, the economic hardships and poverty is blamed on Israel. Mahmoud Abbas, on October 11, 2013 once again laid blame on the “Israeli occupation” for the difficult economic situation of the Palestinians. The “occupation,” he stated, was the central reason for the poor economic conditions in which the Palestinians find themselves. This “occupation” exploited Palestinian resources and lands which directly led to an increase in deficit. In fact, the estimated budget deficit in 2013 is expected to be $1.4 billion. As a result he doubted that there would be funds available to pay the November salaries of the 150,000 PA workers, out of a population of two million, if international aid is not received. He did not try to define in which sinking hole the lost nearly $3 billion had gone.

The U.S. State Department officially designated Hamas a Foreign Terrorist Organization in October 1997; this policy forbids direct contact with Hamas. Therefore, aid is given to the PA who in turn gives it to Hamas. Well over half of the Palestinian Authority budget is spent in Hamas-run Gaza, PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas told the Algerian paper Al-Shuruk in a 2010 interview.

Hamas’s primary base of popular support is in the Gaza Strip, where it had maintained de facto control since its 2006, when it surprised many observers by voted into office by Arab Palestinians winning the majority of seats in the Palestinian parliament. Hamas ousted the remnants of Fatah from Gaza by force in early 2007, after which the Hamas-led government was summarily, dismissed by PA president and Fatah chief Mahmoud Abbas. The result of the bloodshed was a de facto geographic division of Palestinian-held territory, with Hamas holding sway in Gaza and Fatah maintaining the internationally recognized PA government in the West Bank town of Ramallah. Since 2007, there has been a blood soaked alliance between the two. Their common denominator is plundering billions of dollars of international aid and hatred of Israel. Since coming to power in Gaza, Hamas has fired thousands of rockets & mortars into Israel from Gaza. Yet Washington & the International community largely ignores this issue, along with Hamas almost daily attacks.

Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh condemned America for killing of Bin Laden, whom he referred to as “Mujahed” someone in engaged in jihad, holy war against infidels. For the Iranian backed Hamas organization, Bin Laden was the, “most Holy warrior”, “the cross breaker”. Hamas celebrates 9/11 as a great victory for Islam, its charter calls for the annihilation of every Jew on the face of the earth. The military wing of Fatah, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, published a long statement in reaction to the killing of Osama bin Laden calling it a “catastrophe.” They said that those who killed Bin Laden were “gangs of heretics.”

Hamas uses its aid to conduct paramilitary training camps for Arab Palestinian children. The camps, titled “the pioneers of liberation,” are run by Hamas’s ministries of education and interior. Some 13,000 teens completed Hamas paramilitary training camps in January 2014. The Hamas government in Gaza celebrated the graduation geared at training high-school children “to follow in the footsteps of the suicide martyrs. January 24, 2014, “This generation, Allah willing, will vanquish Israel,” said Hamas Interior Minister Fathi Hammad. Haniyeh and other senior Hamas officials exhorted the young graduates to not only annihilate Israel, but also to carry their fight across the globe, in a January 16 Al-Aqsa TV broadcast translated by MEMRI, the Middle East Media Research Institute.
Love death for the sake of Allah as much as our enemies’ love life,” Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh told thousands of young Palestinians.

What is horrendous from the PA to Hamas, at every level of the educational curriculum throughout news and social media, TV shows, hatred of Jews and the destruction of Israel are fashioned into the minds of Arab Palestinians. Palestinians have been indoctrinated into accepting all of their social ills and problems would dissolve if there were no state of Israel. The Hamas openly rejects any educational school text which does not teach hatred of Jews, war with Israel. In early 2014, Hamas authorities blocked a UN refugee agency from introducing textbooks promoting human rights into local schools, saying it ignores Palestinian cultural mores and focuses too heavily on “peaceful” means of conflict resolution, Motesem al-Minawi, and spokesman for the Hamas-run Education Ministry. Hamas also objected to the books’ inclus ion of the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights,” a document approved by the UN General Assembly in 1948 that recognizes “the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family.

In 2014, Hamas introduced its new educational system. “National Education” curriculum is a requisite textbook for all 8th, 9th and 10th graders as part of Hamas’ widespread indoctrination of Gaza’s children into its militaristic ideology. The school children will now study from the 50-page hardcover text that the “Jewish Torah and Talmud are fabrications.” Zionism is defined as a “racist campaign whose goals include driving Arabs out of their homelands. In the revised textbooks, there is no recognition of the State of Israel. According to the Hamas version of “history,” the agreement between Israel and the Palestinians in the Oslo Accords of 1993 never occurred. Hamas added a military program to train high school students to carry out armed attacks on Israelis. The program is a weekly elective offered in all Gaza high schools. “Textbooks are always and everywhere a very important means of representing a national ethos,” said Daniel Bar-Tal, a Tel Aviv University professor who led the comprehensive study of Palestinian school curricula. “We are talking about textbooks. All of the children will be exposed to this material. This is the strongest card in the battle for the hearts and minds of the younger generation.” Hamas added a military course to train high school students to carry out armed attacks on Israelis.

For decades Arab Palestinian children have been poisoned with a sick twisted psychotic hatred of Israel and Judaism which far exceeds the nightmare world of Adolf Hitler’s Nazism. This hatred of Judaism is a demonic inbred anti-Semitic global perversion  which has infected Humankind for millenniums.

Case point the 2011 Itamar massacre of Israeli  Fogel family butchered, stabbed to death. Five family members were killed in a most heinous matter : Udi Fogel, 36, Ruth Fogel, 35, and their children Yoav, 11, Elad, 4, and three-month-old Hadas.  For Hamas and other Arab Palestinians this was a day of commemoration and more over the Middle East region.  This sick twisted psychotic perversion of hating & butchering Judaism has become an international pandemic. The only thing radical Islamic militants , Sunni to Shia agree  upon is the removing every Jew from the face of the earth.  Their places of worship, governments and education are woven with a blood lust of killing Jews. Humankind still embraces human sacrifice to their God, blood of innocents on an apocalyptic scale.
