Flight 93: What makes this flight different from all other flights?




Journalist Carey McWilliams’s 1946 investigation of anti-Semitism in the Twin Cities coined a phrase that stuck to describe Minneapolis: “the capital of anti-Semitism in the United States.” Newly elected mayor Hubert Humphrey took steps to enact anti-discrimination ordinances, and State measures followed.

Now Minneapolis is ranked first by the FBI as the terrorist recruitment center for the US, and I don’t understand what happened to my quiet town and district?

The Twin Cities is home to roughly forty thousand of Minnesota’s Jewish population of approximately 45,000—less than 1 percent of the state’s total population. Minnesota ranks 23rd in the US total Jewish population size

Open debate in Congress has always been the norm. Every lawmaker is entitled to his or her opinion, but when the speech turns hateful to one particular religion and a country that has been a long-time ally of the US, then we must wonder what motivates the speaker to talk in such a manner. In order to return to normalcy we must eliminate its cause and get to the root of the problem. Because without taking away the fuel to feed the verbal fire, it could reignite at any time, and that is exactly what is happening on a daily basis today in Congress.

I know President Trump is a very outspoken person on many issues. I am not going to defend or challenge him.  But regarding his defense of the State of Israel, he has gone above and beyond the call of duty to maintain the long standing ties that Israel has had with the USA. President Trump was elected in a surprise win, and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has been re-elected as Prime Minister for a record fifth term.

My brother came to Israel for the first time in his life a few weeks ago, and I told him to stop into the King David Hotel, to look at the floor in the hotel entrance and view all the dignitaries and world leaders signatures who have visited, and he commented that Donald Trump’s name is very prominent.

My first visit to Israel was in 1977, I will always remember passing by the new Shaarei Tzedek Hospital under construction in the Jerusalem suburb of Bayit V Gan. We stopped by the graveside of a brave soldier who had given his life to save many others. I stood there for many minutes thinking and thinking of how brave he must have been to have led his mission to rescue Israelis in Entebbe and when it was all said and done, he was the lone soldier to have given his life, and of course you know who I am talking about – Yoni Netanyahu, Bibi’s brother. That sight will always be with me. In effect, Bibi has done the same thing for his country, to give his life fighting for Israel and its citizens.

Hence, when they both see a threat to their country  they speak up and want to take action. And that’s the way it should be, to protect and serve all the people in their country,

Now we shift to Congresswoman Omar, who claims to have done a good job serving her people and looking after their interests. If she is talking about her fellow Somalians, then it’s a big mystery why we don’t hear more about how they have settled in and the progress she has made helping them integrate into American society. It’s also a mystery why we have not heard what she is doing to combat the FBI report which states that her district is now the number one terrorist recruitment center in the USA. In addition we have heard nothing from her about how the good people of her district took her into their neighborhoods to help get her on her feet after she had fled Somalia, and needed help. Many of them are my former neighbors, friends, classmates and relatives.

Instead of hearing about what she is doing to serve the good people of Minnesota, we hear what a terrible place Israel is and what terrible people the Jews are. So in other words, what Omar is saying it doesn’t matter how anyone helps her and her family settle in, once she gets the job she is looking for she can fight for the causes she believes in and forget about the people that helped her. She can sling verbal mud in their faces, she can talk against them as if they were a pile of trash, and claim to everyone that she is doing a good job protecting and serving the people of her district. HOW RIDICULOUS, AND WHY HASN’T CONGRESS WOKEN UP TO THE FACT THAT SHE HAS NOT FULFILLED HER DUTY TO SERVE THE PEOPLE OF HER DISTRICT? SHE SHOULD BE RELIEVED OF HER DUTIES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!

I am extremely disturbed that the city I grew up in is now classified as the most fertile area to recruit terrorists. Isn’t that what Omar should be spending her time with in trying to eliminate this threat. Isn’t that what her job requires, to understand the needs of the people she serves and to help them achieve that goal. This is especially true if she is not from Minnesota in the first place.

Quite frankly, former Senator Al Franken who was removed from his position, did a much better job servicing the people of Minnesota because he lived there and understood the needs of Minnesotans. Where is the justice in all this? Furthermore, Al Franken, who appeared on SNL  and had the interests of the people of Minnesota as his priority and did more for his country than Omar will ever do!!!! I’m not a lawyer, but remember case studies we did in Business Law class in high school, when comparing one against the other. In this case, Al Franken would get my vote.

I have many stories to tell about the good people of Minnesota, but a more important issue at hand is the recent statement Omar made about the 9/11 attacks that is all over the social media pages, where she said “ CAIR was founded after they recognized that some people did something”. That’s all she can say about the 3000 Americans who lost their lives at the hands of terrorists? And then to defend herself, Omar puts up the following tweet-

“The people — and the people who knocked these buildings down will hear all of us soon!” President George W. Bush Was Bush downplaying the terrorist attack? What if he was a Muslim

In other words, Omar is trying to imply President Bush made the same type of statement, so what’s wrong with what she said?


On the other hand Omar made her statement nearly 18 years after 9/11 happened and of course we all know now who was responsible.

So Omar did it again, makes a statement that is irresponsible and doesn’t check the facts, and in this case hurt all those that lost family, friends, workmates or just simple Americans going about business as usual on that fateful morning and had to run for their lives when the buildings collapsed.

Now since Omar wants to describe and quote someone who she knows all Americans will recognize, I want to turn the tables, identify and quote someone who I know she will recognize. But first readers must be aware of the following-

On April 2, Omar sent a tweet demanding the release of Muslim Brotherhood member Hoda Abdelmonem, from prison in Egypt. Muslim Brotherhood is considered a terrorist organization.

Then, according to the published story appearing on April 4, in the Clarion Project, Omar asked for leniency for 9 terror defendants while a Minnesota State lawmaker-

“The best deterrent to fanaticism is a system of compassion. We must alter our attitude and approach; if we truly want to effect change, we should refocus our efforts on inclusion and rehabilitation.”

— Rep. Ilhan Omar, while a state lawmaker, arguing for leniency for nine terror defendants who were intending to join ISIS.

So here’s also a question for Omar, if she wants change and compassion, then why not for the Jews and Israel as well? Sorry, I just can’t see the logic in this and many of the things Omar says.

The person I want to quote is Yasser Arafat, who was opposed to the 1948 creation of the State of Israel, he fought alongside the Muslim Brotherhood during the 1948 Arab–Israeli War, which took place right after the newly declared State of Israel was born. And he never lived up to the Nobel Peace prize he was given, but never earned. Instead Arafat was determined to wipe Israel off the face of the earth and thank G-d he failed like all the others before him.

The Israelis are mistaken if they think we do not have an alternative to negotiations. By Allah I swear they are wrong. The Palestinian people are prepared to sacrifice the last boy and the last girl so that the Palestinian flag will be flown over the walls, the churches and the mosques of Jerusalem.

While ISIS was falling, it was reported that the fighters used their wives and children as human shields as they faced the final assault on their strong holds, and hence this is the value Yasser Arafat placed on human life.  It would seem Omar is much more supportive of the above quotes by Arafat than what is written in the U.S. Declaration of Independence.

When Omar is challenged about many of her statements, she always says she is learning. Well, if that’s really true, then why hasn’t she told us all about the time she spent on Campus of the University of Minnesota in the school named after Hubert Humphrey. She claims to have graduated from the school. And yet what comes out of her mouth is not even close to what she should have learned in the school named after one of Minnesota’s greatest politicians. He was a fighter for human rights, which was a primary subject in the speech HHH delivered at the 1948 Democratic Convention in Philadelphia. That speech was a big help for President Bill Clinton who listened to it over and over again. I knew that from a video I saw at the unveiling of HHH’s statue, where current Presidential candidate Amy Klobuchar spoke as well as then Senator Al Franken.

I had the privilege to meet one of the people most probably responsible for that speech, named Gerrie Joseph, whose husband Burton, ran a company named I. S. Joseph located in the Flour Exchange Bldg, in downtown Minneapolis. I worked there to help pay college fees at the University of Minnesota. There were many pictures of HHH in the office and that’s how I became educated in who HHH was and what he stood for.  My mother always told us about the story when HHH was speaking at a political rally and while waiting to shake his hand, he passed her by and did not see her, so mom shouted out – “MR HUMPHERY IF YOU DON’T SHAKE MY HAND, I WONT VOTE FOR YOU”, whereupon Hubert Humphrey turned around, shook my mother’s hand and said-“ I’M SORRY YOUNG LADY, I WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET YOUR VOTE”. From that day on, my mom and eventually our whole family became Democrats.

My dad was an electrician who worked in the Minneapolis Grain Exchange across the street and served in the Navy operating a spotlight on a small ship. \When Pearl Harbor was attacked he was called into duty so suddenly he never had  chance to learn how to swim. So he risked his life every day for his country, just like all men and women in the military, and even his job was risky since he was responsible for maintaining light fixtures on top of the trading floor which involved climbing a two story high ladder.

My dad was also a Prizeword Pete fan second to none, that’s the Sunday crossword contest that appeared in the Minneapolis Star and Tribune Sunday newspaper that required contestants to cut out their entry, stick it to the back of a post card and mail it in. I also worked in that building selling subscriptions via phone to earn extra income and am positive I saw Amy’s dad Jim, who was a regular columnist for the paper, and was very polite and friendly. So I have many fond memories of Minneapolis, and not able to come to the realization why that has changed so drastically. If HHH were alive today, I am sure he would have the same view.

Omar is the same person who was seen admitting she took terrorism classes in University and then was giggling and laughing as she described it. I HAVE ONLY ONE THING TO SAY ABOUT THAT, TERRORISM CLASSES ARE FOR TERRORISTS, WHILE ANTI-TERRORISM CLASSES ARE FOR CONGRESSWOMEN.

We now have listened to enough from Omar and I hope that my contribution helps to pave the way for her dismissal from Congress for good. Because now Jews throughout the world and Israel are under verbal attack from a sitting member of Congress and either she gets shown the door now or its going to get worse.

I am a veteran who served my country proudly in the US Army Reserves. I volunteered to go into an Intelligence Unit located at Fort Snelling in St. Paul, MN very close to Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. I first passed a security clearance, and then was stationed at Fort Dix in NJ, for basic training. My MOS training took place in Fort Devens, Mass. I was a Morse Code Interceptor, which meant that we wore earphones and would listen to a series of dots and dashes that came over at first at very slow speed, but as we became better at it, the speed increased, until we were ready to receive our assignments regarding where the Army was sending us.

It was at the height of the Vietnam War, there was one other reservist in our class of 32, and the rest of the soldiers were all drafted. So we were all called into one room, and the officer in charge opened an official envelope from Army headquarters and he said that I was going back to my Unit in Fort Snelling, while the other Reservist was assigned to his unit in Pittsburgh. The rest of the class, all 30 soldiers had been assigned to Vietnam.

I never saw those soldiers again, but now I have been thinking why does the City of Pittsburgh suddenly pop out at me? I realize that just like Morse Code, perhaps G-d is sending signals of dangers that lie ahead. These have to be stopped in their tracks now or it will be too late. There were warnings of an impending attack from Japan before Pearl Harbor, and even the unfolding slaughter and Holocaust by the Nazis was the subject of The Rabbis March in 1943, but the President did not see the 400 Rabbis who had come,  so the slaughter continued. I can guarantee if there is a March today, President Trump will make himself available and since there are so many people from all walks of life sick of hearing Omar’s hateful speech one day and apology the next, that there will be many times more people than the 400 Rabbis that will appear. Both in the US and worldwide that will demand a stop to this nonsense in Congress and the resignation of Omar.

Coming back to my reference to Pittsburgh, if we take a closer look at what happened to Flight 93; perhaps you will get the message. Here we had one of four planes on a suicide mission, and the other three reached their destination, but why not this one? And what was Flight 93’s final destination? I refer to a CBS report that was made as well as a tribute to the passengers and crew at the site. It appears that either the White House or the US Congress Building was its target. But what made this flight different from all other flights?

Believe or not, Congresswoman Omar gives me a clue. When she made public the term “Benjamin”, she was referring to the $100 bill, which has a picture of Benjamin Franklin on the front, but she ignored the back, which shows the words – In G-d We Trust. In addition, Independence Hall is pictured on the bill where the Declaration of Independence was signed, and it contains the following sentence-

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

“In G-d We Trust” is found on all bills, but what is interesting is that the $20 bill has a picture of the White House, while the $50 bill has a picture of the US Capital Building. So if both buildings could have been the intended target of Flight 93, doesn’t that send a strong message that indeed, G-d was protecting both buildings from attack?  Well if you are not convinced, look at recent events-

The Pittsburgh Synagogue terror attack took place in the closest city to where Flight 93 crashed.

There were 11 people killed  9/11

This year is the 18th anniversary of 9/11 attack= Chai = Life = Tree of Life                                                                                                                                                        My sympathy go out to the relatives and friends of the victims whose lives were taken so suddenly.

Then around Purim time at least two rockets were fired into Israel from Gaza, and fell harmlessly, followed by the terrorist attack in which two Israelis were killed, one a soldier and the other Israeli was a Rabbi with 12 children. There was not any doubt who was behind these two attacks. My condolences go out to the victim’s families.

But there was also a third attack that took place in New Zealand, taking the lives of 50 Muslims in their Mosque praying. The gunman had more time to do his work, and so the much higher loss of life. Omar was quick to denounce the Mosque shooting, but said nothing about the two Israelis who died. However, on the other side of the border, the Palestinians began celebrating the deaths of the two Israelis by handing out sweets, dancing and firing their weapons into the air.

Now think about it, suddenly we see an attack on Muslims which took exactly 50 lives in New Zealand. Omar was quick to blame someone else, that person who attacked the mosque could easily have attacked a Synagogue as well. So the blame could easily be placed on Omar’s shoulders…

For the first time, Omar recently described in an interview her life in Somalia, and that she was a very experienced fisherman, which makes sense since Minnesota is the land of over 10,000 quiet and serene lakes, not a place which would breed terrorism, which obviously came from another source. And so I wanted to see if there were any clues that fishing and water would provide, and I thought about the story of Yona and the whale.

For those of you not familiar, this is read at mincha time of Yom Kippur, and tells the story of Yona who was instructed by G-d to help the people of Nineveh. Instead Yona decided to get on a ship and suddenly a storm developed making the ship very unstable, so the crew decided to draw lots and it fell upon Yona, so he was thrown overboard, and sea became calm again.

Here we have an attack in New Zealand that took 50 precious souls, and Omar is blaming everybody else but herself and her hateful speech. Those are 50 Moslem souls tied directly to the $50 bill and the US Capitol that is pictured underneath “In God We Trust”. I am confident there is a correlation because this happened around Purim time, when Lots are also drawn.

So the message I take away from this is as follows-

The US Capital is like a ship on a stormy sea, which was not the case before Omar entered the picture. Now is your chance to throw her overboard so that the US Capital will be calm again, because if she stays so will the storm.

Furthermore, when someone speaks Loshen Hora, the best punishment is for the offender to be separated from the people and be put in isolation, so that the next time the offender speaks, there will be no one to listen. Her hateful speaking is causing a major up evil in Congress right now, and I don’t like saying it, but she is accomplishing with her hateful speech a similar type of chaos that would have taken place had Flight 93 reached its target. But her speech is worse since it not only affects those in the building, but people throughout the US and the world.

That leads me to my next clue; the Flight number 93 is very significant. If I write it in Hebrew as its true numerical value, then I would be writing a Tzadik and a Gimmel, corresponding to Psalm 93, which is part of Shabbat evening prayers. And at least one opinion holds that this psalm is dedicated to the tribe of Benjamin. Another reference to something I am sure Omar never thought about.

But if I am taking Morse Code, then I would first translate the 9 to a Tet and the 3 to Gimmel. So if I write those two letters in that order, it of course spells Get in Hebrew, which is the official document produced and signed during a divorce. The concept of divorce is when husband and wife no longer can live together as one unit, and are forced to separate. I can’t think of a better way to describe Omar’s relationship with the majority of Congress and American People, from what I understand.

Now if we combine the 3 plus 9 then we reach an answer of 12. On the surface, that must mean a correlation to the number of tribes, which of course it does but instead I want to draw your attention to the song which Omar is referring to named Its All About the Benjamins.  That was one of Omar’s first responses that caused uproar due to its Anti-Semitic implications, which she continues to deny. But just by referring to this song makes you wonder what type of person Omar really is as it’s sung by a group that is quite outspoken and not very modest at all. So if she is wearing a head covering that signals modesty, she should act like it as well.

What is most important to focus on is the date that the song is released, which is August 12, 1997 according to Widepedika . At first glance, it really doesn’t mean much. But take another look, and you will see that August 12, 1997 corresponds to a more familiar date, which is Tisha B Av in the year 5757. So of all the songs in the universe Omar picks this one, which was released on Tisha B Av. Well of course we all know that this day is one the most tragic  in Jewish history. The Holy Temple was destroyed twice on this date, to name a few events that took place.

Now that we can plainly see the results of Omar’s verbal attacks on Jews and Israel, it should be clear that her words are having a more serious impact on Congress than any rocket, bomb or missile which only cause damage to the immediate area of impact and this must be stopped immediately.

Omar demonstrated how untrustworthy and unreliable she can be when she told Jews in her district at a synagogue that BDS is not helpful, only to reverse her position after her election. To me that was a red flag, that signalled  trouble ahead. And judging by her track record since her election, she will continue to show support for Palestinians who live in the Middle East rather than the Jews and residents within her district.  That alone should be grounds for removing her from Congress.

Omar had a chance to set an example for future generations of young  Moslems, who escaped civil war in their homeland, just like her,but instead Omar chose to side with the Palestinians and by the looks of it those that support terrorism and anti-Semitism. It should be clear to everyone by now and I will repeat myself that she is not doing the job of a Congresswoman representing the State of Minnesota.

So I want to close with a special message to all you that lost loved ones in the 9/11 terror attacks, to my fellow Jews who had relatives murdered in all the attacks Israel suffered since its establishment in 1948 and long before, to everyone everywhere who lost loved ones as a result of hate, anti-Semitism, terrorism and any other violent acts, its time we all realize we were equally created in the image of G-d and join together to fight these evil forces.

And a special thank you to all servicemen and women, law enforcement officers and all other public servants. Thanks for all the work you have done.
