Grilled Lamb Chops with a Brown Sugar Glaze

Grilled Lamb Chops with a Brown Sugar Glaze

Ingredients

4 Kosher Lamb Chops about 1 ½ inches thick each
¼ cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Fresh Ginger, peeled and minced
2 tsp. dried Tarragon
1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt and freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, ginger, tarragon, cinnamon, pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Rub lamb chops with the seasonings, and place on a plate. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat grill for high heat.

Grill the chops for 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness. Serve with a potato, pasta or rice, a fresh salad, vegetable, and some fresh bread for a complete meal.
