The French president has given an unprecedented clear-cut national speech, point for point reject the country’s role in collaboration with executing the Holocaust and colluding with modern anti-Semitism.
Israel’s anti-Israel newspaper Haaretz, that always puts so much intellectually interesting and politically manipulative reporting in its paper and on its website, has now openly declared as reaction, that anti-Zionism is not a pupation, a reinvention of good old anti-Semitism. Rather, Zionism, a Jewish State, is fundamentally wrong, the sum total of racism and imperialism — if the Arutz Sheva report is true. Finally they admit.
Every Nation is entitled to its own country — but the Jews. That smacks after Racism, if you ask me; and Arab imperialism.
If I had it my way, such a press company would be outlawed and closed. Spreading hatred cannot be part of Freedom of Expression and Freedom of the Press. Pleas for rights for underdogs cannot justify attacks on rights for Jews. (The old anti-Jewish ploy to set up everyone’s well-being against safety for the Jews.) Anti-democratic institution should not be tolerated by democracy; Nazi, Racist, Anti-Jewish, Marxist, Anarchist, all alike.
But I’m not in charge. They’ll continue. Democracy gone bunkers.
They will continue as before, disseminating hatred. Kein besserer Hass als Selbsthass – no better hatred than self-hate. It’s in the Three Weeks. Great that Haaretz contributes to the program of cutting down on baseless hatred between Jews – but not.
And for those who say that if I’m for love for all Jews, I should love them? I loved them – to be silenced. (Only in legal ways. Without that stipulation, I’ll be accused of incitement. The world upside-down.)
As the Rabbis teach us (Midrash Rabbah, Ecclesiastes 7:16 on I Samuel 15:9 versus 22:19; compare Midrash Tanchuma, Weekly Portion Metzorah, 1; Midrash Yalkut Shimoni, I Samuel, Chapter 121), being nice to the brutal ends in being brutal to the nice.
Jews don’t turn the other cheek; they must twirl the cheeky.
Foreigners: beware of Haaretz’s agenda and bias (to put it politely). Subscribers: end your subscription. You don’t want to be an accessory.
