Hey, it’s my birthday today!

I almost forgot that it’s my birthday today and I even forgot to buy a cake and 43 candles. I must be losing it. What reminded me and hit me this morning was when I saw my face in the mirror and didn’t recognize myself cos I looked more than 43 and dare I say so, almost double. I put it down to all debts I have accrued over the past year. Anyway I decided to put a brave face on my birthday problems and celebrate in style and so I decided that instead of the presents I am not getting I will give a special birthday present to all my faithful fans of my Times of Israel blogs in the shape of a link to Ben Reuven’s recent acclaimed one-man show at the AACI called “IF YOU WILL IT, IT IS NO DREAM” and dedicated to Herzl, Zionism and the State of Israel and full of catchy and inspiring songs like Return to Zion, Herzl Had a Vision, Anatoly’s Song, Ben-Gurion, 1948 We Have a State, Jerusalem Rock etc, as well as some memorable versification.
