Stop promoting yourselves, and start working for us, the public
Maybe the salaries of the Members of Knesset should be halved so that they don’t lose sight that it’s just a job and that they must serve us.
This right-wing coalition was only possible because two left-wing fringe parties were so stupid not to fuse before the election. They both didn’t make the threshold and threw away eight seats. In present opinion polls, this government, before it even got started, gets 58 out of 120 Knesset seats. In other words: This will be the last right-wing Israeli administration for a long time—unless the left doesn’t learn from this threshold failure.
Further, I want the left to show sportswomanship. You lost; so, what; that can happen. Don’t be sour losers; it doesn’t look good on you.
Then, when this short-lived team vanishes, you’ll be in government for decades. So, show the then-minority how to be a responsible opposition.
Did anyone tell you you’re not always right? That you tend to exaggerate? That there’s a political tradition to lie? None of these things benefit us, the public. Try to get something out of your mouths that doesn’t hurt our ears.
Stop pretending that only your (Woke) ideas are worthy. Stop pretending compromises are impossible. Stop demonizing the other side of the aisle.
Also, I want you to tone it down. This regime is NOT endangering us. If it would, Netanyahu is wise enough to improve it. This club is NOT causing a civil war. If anybody, you are. You are responsible for calling upon protesters to rise up peacefully. But without lying, fear-mongering, etc.
Do you feel great when you feign anger? We don’t like it. Stop the comedy.
I want you to never say or imply again about other Israeli politicians: liar, extremist, anti-democrat, unsafe, dividing, traitor, racist, bigot, wicked, terrorist, murderer, criminal, dictator, etc. No more name-calling. Instead, say what you like/demand. Stop spreading fear, anger, hate, and despair.
Your behavior must be exemplary for all Israeli citizens.
That doesn’t say to see all your Israeli colleagues through pink glasses. It is fine, if not a must, to try and get politicians out of politics via the courts or new legislation if they say or do antidemocratic (anti-equality) things.
