IMPEACHMENT? What are the Democrats Smoking?

Watching the CNN first impeachment accusations against President Donald Trump is quite similar to our accusations against Binyamin Bibi Netanyahu with one basic difference.

I believe that Netanyahu committed crimes. I do not believe that Donald Trump did.

The Jewish leader of the inquisition, Adam Schiff, is eager to see the impeachment process produce facts that can be attributed to alleged misconduct of the president.

Listening to Ambassador Taylor, America’s diplomat to the Ukraine and to Deputy Secretary of State, George P. Kent, a distinguished scholar of Ukrainian history and politics, both made it abundantly clear that they saw no breach of ethics in a telephone call from the American president to the Ukrainian president. There was no quid pro quo in Trump’s conversation. No threats were made to decrease American aid to Ukraine in request for information about the Biden family’s activities in the Ukraine.

Adam Schiff must have truly been disappointed. His house of cards is collapsing and there is no indication of unethical behavior on President Trump’s phone call.

I don’t know what the Democrats have been smoking. Whatever it might be, it is warping their sense.

It is only a witch-hunt to find reasons acceptable to impeach the American president. And they can’t find any.

The economy has been great. Employment is at a high level. Productivity is superb. Relations with many other countries have been conducted in cordiality.

He is not the only American president to have had sexual relations outside of his marriage. Thomas Jefferson, one of America’s founding fathers and author of the Declaration of Independence had a child through his sexual relations with Sally, a black slave.

John F. Kennedy had several lustful affairs, obviously known to Jackie, his faithful wife.

We cannot forget Bill Clinton and the cigar relations he had with Monica Lewinsky.

None of the above had ever been targeted for impeachment.

The Democrats must be terribly jealous of Donald Trump’s billionaire lifestyle. He is a man of immense wealth earned because of his excellent business mind. A man who knows how to make a good deal.

He promised to make his country America First and he has succeeded in fulfilling his promise.

The Chinese have an ancient wall which prevents intruders from entering China. In Israel we have walls as barriers to keep Arab terrorists out. And President Trump will build a wall to stop the flow of illegal immigration and drug addicts, mainly from Mexico, from crossing the border with the United States.

Compared to the Democratic candidates, Trump is certain of his 2020 re-election.

Elizabeth Warren is not a friend to Israel. If elected president she will decrease American aid to Israel.

Bernie Sanders, the Jewish Senator from Vermont, is not enthusiastic about continuing American aid to Israel. In one of his remarks he said that aid money should go to Gaza to feed and clothe the hungry and the naked.

Of course, he forgot that American money will enable the Gazans to buy more weapons to be used against Israel. He is a socialist-communist who got his taste of politics when, as a young man, he spent time working on a Shomer HaTzair kibbutz, singing, dancing horas, and waving the red flag.

And there is the gay mayor of South Bend, Indiana, Pete Buttegieg, who likes Israel but dislikes its policies.

Donald Trump will defeat them all in a landslide victory.

With no evidence of an impeachable offense, he has nothing to worry about. But the democrats will have to suffer for four more years of the Donald.

He recently jokingly remarked that if he moved to Israel he would become prime minister. The truth is that 98% of Israelis like him.

He has given Israel more support and friendship than any other American president in history. And the first to place the American Embassy in Jerusalem, eternal capitol of the State of Israel. God bless him for fulfilling a campaign promise.

That is a solid reason why American Jews should vote for the Republican candidate. There is only one.

And his name is Donald John Trump.
