Israel Stands Alone, but Stands for All

Israel Is Not the Problem—It’s the Last Line of Defense

The false narrative pushed by those who call themselves “Palestinians” claims that their conflict with Israel isn’t about Jews—it’s about land. But that is a lie, one repeated often enough to become dogma in the halls of the UN, the media, and activist groups worldwide. And yet, the facts scream otherwise.

Israel did not steal land. Israel gave up land for peace.

The modern State of Israel, like Jordan and Lebanon, was established in the aftermath of colonial rule, through legal international mechanisms—namely, the League of Nations and later the United Nations. Jordan and Lebanon were carved from former Ottoman territories with Muslim majorities. No one questioned their legitimacy.

But Israel? Israel was re-established—not invented—on its ancestral, indigenous land. The Jewish people didn’t show up out of nowhere. They returned home. That is a fact rooted in history, archaeology, language, and blood.

If this was truly about land, then why is no one calling for Jordan, whose population is majority “Palestinian”, to become the Palestinian state? Or Lebanon, which once had a significant “Palestinian” refugee population? The answer is ugly but clear: it’s not about land—it’s about Jews.

The Arab World Has a Pattern—and It’s Not About “Palestine”

Let’s pull the curtain back. While Israel is demonized for defending itself, atrocities across the Middle East against minorities are met with silence—or at best, hollow statements.

Syria’s Druze are being slaughtered. Why? Did they “steal” homes from “Palestinians” too? No. Their only crime is being a religious minority in an Arab land. In 2018, over 200 Druze were massacred by ISIS in Syria’s Suwayda province. Now in 2025, these attacks are rising again—and the world yawns.

Christians across Iraq, Syria, and Iran are persecuted and murdered. Their churches are bombed, their clergy executed, their children kidnapped or forced to convert. Where is the outrage? Where are the campus protests?

Yazidis were systematically exterminated by ISIS in 2014 in what can only be called a genocide. Thousands of women were sold as sex slaves. Mass graves are still being uncovered in Iraq.

Bahá’ís in Iran live as second-class citizens, denied the right to education, work, and freedom of belief. And no one is marching in their name.

But when Israel, a Jewish state defending itself from terrorism, retaliates—it’s front-page news, always framed as aggression.

And yet, even now—Israel is saving lives.

While under fire from Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iranian proxies, Israel is still offering aid and medical support to Druze under attack in Syria. The world media won’t say it, but it’s a clear example of Tikkun Olam—the Jewish ethic of repairing the world.

Even when the world demonizes her, Israel stands up for what’s right.

The Double Standard Is Deadly

There is a grotesque double standard in how Israel is judged. No one calls for Syria’s annihilation after Assad gasses his own people. No one sanctions Iran for hanging protestors and torturing minorities. But Israel? Israel is judged for existing, for surviving, for defending Jewish life.

The truth is stark:

Israel is the frontline defense between civilization and chaos.

If Israel falls, it won’t stop there. The terror will spread—as it already has—to Europe, to Africa, to your doorstep.

It’s like trying to bail out a sinking ship with a teaspoon. Israel is doing everything it can—militarily, morally, diplomatically—to hold back the tide of Islamist terror. But she is standing alone while much of the world cheers for her enemies.

So no—it’s not about land. It never was. It’s about a refusal to accept a Jewish state, a Jewish people, and Jewish survival in the heart of the Middle East.

And until the world faces that truth, the bloodshed will continue.

About the Author
CEO of Time to Stand Up for Israel, a nonprofit organization with a powerful mission: to support Israel and amplify its voice around the world. With over 200,000 followers across various social media platforms, our community is united by a shared love for Israel and a deep commitment to her future. My journey as an advocate for Israel began early. When I was 11 years old, my father was deployed to the Middle East through his work with UNTSO. I had the unique experience of living in both Syria and Israel, and from a young age, I witnessed firsthand the contrast in cultures and realities. That experience shaped me profoundly. Returning to the Netherlands, I quickly became aware of the growing wave of anti-Israel sentiment — and I knew I had to speak out. Ever since, I’ve been a fierce and unapologetic supporter of Israel. I’m not religious, but my belief is clear and unwavering: Israel has the right to exist, and Israel has the duty to defend herself. My passion is rooted in truth, love, and justice. I’m a true Zionist at heart. From my first breath to my last, I will stand up for Israel.
