Israel’s dilemma: What to do suddenly with thousands of war criminals?

Nothing prepared us for the pogrom or its mass murderers

On top of these participants in genocide, each and all deserving the death penalty by an international tribune, we have tens of thousands of would-be murderers preventatively picked up from the West Bank. Meanwhile, more suspected terrorists need to be locked up too, but there’s no space.

We can’t give them each a fair trial. Where to find the judges or courts?

We can’t just give them the death penalty. They’re not at the level of Eichmann—the only mass murderer of Jews we ever executed. They should not think of themselves as too important enemies of the Jews. Also, we think highly of life and death penalties for mass murderers and war criminals somehow still don’t further that notion.

We can’t just give them life in jail. We don’t have the space or the money.

We can’t just let go of those who turned all prisoners into petty criminals.

Now, the first report surfaced that we’re not treating them properly. US politicians ‘worried’ about this report (and CNN pushing this report) are driven by Antisemitism. Why? Israelis and our countless human rights organizations and courts are very capable ensuring lawfulness. (Most likely, the ‘whistleblower report’ is just another baseless smear campaign. Israel is not the US whose abuse of enemy troops is well documented.)

Of course, Israel’s fine in comparison to its enemy. Chamas rapes, starves, and shoots Jews not jailed but kidnapped, withholds medical treatment and medication, won’t let the Red Cross visit, and selects them by gender, age, nationality, and more, all war crimes. But we have our own standards and Israeli Law is quite generous about how they should be treated.

What to do if you can’t just execute them, give them life, or let them go?

I suggest that soon, a giant international tribune should judge them.

Meanwhile, the UN, the world’s prime Chamas hugger, has just admitted that the collateral death toll of Israel’s campaign against Chamas is really minimal—what we in Israel knew all along. Their anti-IDF numbers still are inflated since the killed ‘children’ often were armed teen Chamas fighters, and many of the other civilian deaths were Chamas’ human shields.
