It’s Time to Stop Believing All the Lies about Israel

It seems that in modern times, many people around the world are falling victim to believing vicious lies about

Israel. Many critics and enemies of Israel routinely and passionately sell lies to the world-wide public that Israel is evil — that Israel is a devil.

This is just simply not true.

It is far from the truth to be correct. Israel is an incredibly prospering and flourishing democracy. It is truly nothing short of a miracle because it is the only democracy in what is arguably and clearly an oppressive region. I cannot comprehend why Israel’s Middle Eastern neighbors fuel such hatred for the Israelis and fund countless terrorist attacks on one of the world’s most successful democracies.

The recent widespread notion and rumor that Israel is or may become an apartheid state is absolutely detestable. The following video exposes what life is like in Israel and highlights how it is far from being an apartheid state:

There is arguably an abundance of admirable values and ethics in Jewish culture that make the Jews and Israelis, as a whole, such loving and well-wishing people. The values have been passed down through thousands of generations. The following video
provides a focal example of these enduring Jewish values:

After watching the previous video, how could any person make the case that Israel is evil?

There was an article written just days after the terrorist attacks on 9/11 by David Dolan of Christian Friends of Israel. The article discusses the very real threat of Islamic terrorism to the security of America. This was a threat then, and I would argue, is still a very present threat to the U.S. today.

The United States and its Western allies must do everything in their power to prevent the spread of radical Islamic terrorism. Especially the spread of groups like Daesh (ISIS) and Al Qaeda. The future of democracies and countless peoples’ lives depend on this. You see, if we fall into these terrorists’ toxic spell of hatred, violence and injustice, and allow them to brainwash us with lies, that will be the downfall of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

America’s founding fathers would be spinning in their graves to hear that their founding purpose for this country has been taken for granted and traded for the worst the world has to offer. We need to open our eyes to the truth that Israel stands for democracy all while being surrounded by hateful enemies who want to kill them.

Israel’s strength and bravery is a rare and outstanding example of lack of fear. While fear is a common emotion in many peoples’ lives, fear is something that should be utterly despised and avoided at every moment. The French citizens and supporters of France displayed to the world their remarkable lack of fear in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks that occurred in Paris in January 2015. A notable example occurred when mourning crowds in Manhattan’s Union Square held signs stating “Not Afraid.”

Indeed, as the video above points out, silence is a deadly poison. When the world decides to stop speaking the truth, it’s setting itself up for murder, outright terrorism, and ultimately wars. This hatred cannot stand unchallenged. Hate is the root of all evil. Especially, after witnessing the horrors of the Holocaust and World War II, we owe it not only to ourselves, but to the generations that came before us, some of whom witnessed those tragedies firsthand.

This calls for responsibility, a responsibility to do everything in our power to see that atrocities like the Holocaust never occur again. We must never turn a blind eye to those who spread lies and hatred and commit such murderous terror acts that arise from these lies.
