J’Accuse: Australia & South Africa

The arithmetic of the modern conflict exposes the utter absurdity and inherent racism of the Global War on Jews. There are approximately 2 billion Muslims globally and a Jewish population of barely 15.8 million people. This means that Jews are outnumbered by over 12,600%, a statistical reality that invalidates the focus of the UN and Western media. Jews constitute roughly 0.2% of the world’s population, yet they are the target of the most sophisticated, well-funded propaganda campaign in history. The December 14, 2025, murders in Australia are the natural, inevitable outcome of this relentless, state-sanctioned incitement.

On December 14, 2025—the first night of Hanukkah—two Muslim terrorists attacked Jews in Australia, killing at least 15 and wounding 40 at a large “Chanukah by the Sea” gathering at Bondi Beach.¹ Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese had the audacity to then condemn this as an “act of evil antisemitism,” after he deliberately allowed streets to fill with explicit calls for Jewish murder like “Globalize the Intifada.” Albanese had the fundamental responsibility—as leader of a Western democracy—to determine the truth before propagating or tolerating hate against Israel, and his willful blindness makes him even more culpable. Albanese, Ramaphosa, and the terrorists who pulled the trigger are all combatants in this war.

This massacre was no isolated aberration; it was the predictable harvest of state-sponsored slander and permissiveness, fueled by a two-year campaign of lies, blood libels, and incitement against the Jewish people. The campaign against Israel, which accuses the Jewish State of a crime against humanity in self-defense, is clearly a hate movement, applying double standards that justify terror against Jews. The trajectory was clear from the start: a coalition of NGOs, media giants, governments, and international bodies launched a counter-narrative of fabricated outrage against Israel, immediately following Hamas’s barbaric slaughter of 1,200 Israelis and the kidnapping of 250 hostages.

The infrastructure for this global incitement was built by ostensibly humanitarian NGOs, who turned moral authority into weapons for pure hate. The Muslim Brotherhood’s ideological rigidity provided the core justification for the perpetrators of this violence, leveraging groups like MSF to promote its anti-Zionist extremism. Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) abandoned its principles to become a megaphone for disinformation—call it what it is: lies, fraud, and hate. MSF endorsed false testimonies, such as surgeon Ghassan Abu-Sittah’s debunked claim of an Israeli “massacre” at Al-Ahli Hospital, and refused retractions despite evidence demonstrating the fraud.³ This wasn’t aid; it was activism, complicit in erasing Hamas’s crimes through outright fraud and hateful propaganda.

Human Rights Watch (HRW) and Amnesty International joined this moral inversion, issuing reports branding Israel’s campaign as “genocide” and “extermination” via baseless claims of deliberate starvation. These NGOs turned moral authority into weapons for blood libels, painting Jewish self-defense as monstrosity, and pretending that terrorism was virtuous.

The mainstream media amplified this venom: The New York Times and Washington Post obsessed over “imminent famine” headlines, downplaying Hamas’s hoarding and Israel’s aid facilitation. They placed photographs of sick children on the front pages of their newspapers implying that Israel was starving them—to generate hate against Israel and Jews. This was moral inversion, echoing medieval Jewish blood libels under the guise of journalism. For instance, the Times was forced to quietly correct a story that used a photograph of an emaciated boy, Mohammad al-Mutawaq, who suffered from a pre-existing genetic condition, not starvation, but only after the image had already gone viral and cemented the libel.

The international press and political figures hysterically repeated several major accusations against Israel that were demonstrably debunked, feeding directly into the cascade of hate against Jews. Every person who believed these hysterical lies amplified by the international press was fooled by racist propaganda and made into a racist themselves, proving their willingness to accept ancient blood libels simply because the target was the Jewish state. The deliberate repetition of the Al-Ahli Hospital “massacre” claim, which was immediately debunked as a PIJ misfire, and the adoption of the “Bread Massacre” tale, which was caused by a crowd stampede, proved the global political and media ecosystem’s profound eagerness to indict Israel.

A devastating further example is the case of Abdul Rahim Mohammed Hamadam (known as Abood), a Gazan boy widely reported in mid-2025—based on claims by former GHF contractor Anthony Aguilar—to have been shot dead by the IDF at an aid distribution site. Aguilar’s story gained massive traction across media and was cited by figures like Sen. Chris Van Hollen to accuse Israel of atrocities. In reality, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation located Abood alive and well, exposing the entire narrative as a deliberate fabrication designed to incite global violence.¹⁷ As GHF stated, proving the boy alive unraveled the propaganda: “A live, healthy boy doesn’t serve Hamas—it directly threatens them.”

The United Nations led relentless false charges, with inquiries accusing Israel of genocide while omitting Hamas’s atrocities, lending global legitimacy to incitement. Ireland joined, prompting Israel to close its embassy. Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez imposed arms embargoes and lamented lacking nuclear weapons to “stop” Israel—a veiled nuclear threat against the Jewish state.⁸

Governments weaponized this slander. South Africa, under the African National Congress (ANC), President Cyril Ramaphosa, and Minister Naledi Pandor, became the chief prosecutor of this global lie, weaponizing international law for slander. Through DIRCO, they spearheaded and aggressively pursued the ICJ genocide case against Israel—filing voluminous memorials packed with falsehoods and bias, leveraging the court’s global legitimacy to fuel incitement against Jews worldwide. This state-sponsored slander, which framed legitimate self-defense as extermination, is a deliberate attempt to challenge and delegitimize the foundational post-WWII legal framework established by the West, proving that their attack on Israel is, in fact, an attack on America’s core alliance structure and global influence. Ramaphosa and Pandor bear direct responsibility for fueling the permissive environment that has led to antisemitic violence erupting worldwide, including the bloodshed at Bondi.

And Australia? The government of Anthony Albanese deliberately allowed streets to fill with chants of “Globalize the Intifada”—explicit calls for Jewish murder worldwide—while failing to curb surging antisemitic attacks on synagogues, cars, and communities since October 2023.⁹ Despite warnings from Jewish leaders and Israeli officials about the escalating “antisemitic rampage,” Albanese’s administration dragged its feet, prioritizing political appeasement over protection, creating the fertile ground for terrorists to strike. J’Accuse the Australian government of direct complicity through willful inaction and permissiveness, betraying its sacred duty to safeguard Jewish citizens.

In the United States, the Democratic Party lost its soul by buying into almost every libel against Israel and betraying its Jewish constituency. Figures like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez—who falsely accused Israel of an “unfolding genocide” and defended the term’s use—Sen. Bernie Sanders, Rep. Rashida Tlaib, Rep. Jamaal Bowman, and Sen. Chris Van Hollen—all openly racist in their selective outrage—embraced falsehoods accusing Israel of “genocide” in Gaza, mainstreaming hate and alienating Jewish voters.¹⁰ This includes Van Hollen, who amplified the documented lie about Abood.

And the youth? These crowds screamed “genocide” before Israel even responded to October 7, with global protests erupting within days.¹¹ Over 5,000 anti-Israel demonstrations in 2024 featured “Globalize the Intifada” chants, justifying Hamas as “resistance” and fueling a surge in antisemitic violence. This radicalism elevated figures like Zohran Mamdani, whose anti-Israel alliances with self-hating Jews mainstreamed hate as progressivism, normalizing the anti-Zionist sentiment that views Jewish self-defense as a crime.

Every individual who foolishly validated the lies—every politician, every journalist, every student protester—was and became an unwitting anti-Semite, providing cover for the deliberate dismantling of Jewish safety. Every single person who screamed for “Intifada,” chanting explicit calls for the murder of Jews globally, contributed directly to murder, proving that anti-Zionism is nothing more than a thinly veiled genocidal ambition.

The Nuremberg Trials established an undeniable legal precedent for holding propagandists criminally accountable for their lies. The most direct example is the conviction of Julius Streicher, publisher of Der Stürmer, who was hanged for crimes against humanity—not for direct killing, but for his role in poisoning minds with hatred, knowing full well it would facilitate murder. This principle applies squarely today: Ramaphosa, Pandor, and Albanese tolerated the incitement; Sánchez issued veiled threats; all are culpable combatants in this war under the same logic, now codified in the Genocide Convention’s prohibition on direct and public incitement to genocide.

The actions of Ramaphosa, Pandor, and Sánchez must be viewed through this Nuremberg lens. South Africa’s ICJ case is state-sanctioned incitement on a global scale; Sánchez’s nuclear lament is verbal aggression creating an atmosphere of permissible destruction. The lies have been so consistent, so replete with factual errors and malicious distortions, that offering any credibility to the propaganda against Israel no longer implies error; it confirms a deliberate, anti-Jewish agenda, and these murders are the direct result.
