John “Rodman” Kerry begs Zarif to save Obama legacy
I do not possess a security clearance.
I have no clue how relevant the files and DVD’s pulled from some innocuous warehouse in Tehran by the Mossad are to determining whether America should remain in the JCPOA.
Honestly, I could care less about our European ‘partners”, China or Russia because they could not wait for a resident of The White House to lift sanctions, so they could resume their whorish business with the Islamic Republic interrupted temporarily by United Nations sanctions.
Along came their Savior, Barack Obama, who was not only willing to look the other way but was willing to release billions to the Mullahs without any quid pro quo restrictions on ballistic missile development or funding to terror organizations.
JCPOA IS DOA NEXT WEEK
As I write this, indications are that – despite entreaties from President Macron and Chancellor Merkel who have enormous business interests to protect and consciences that don’t track with Iran’s behavior in Syria or Yemen or Lebanon – Donald Trump will withdraw from the JCPOA by May 12 without significant changes in the agreement, like unfettered inspection of military facilities. Iran says it will accept no changes to the agreement.
FORMER SECRETARY RODMAN PLEADS WITH ZARIF
Today, we have discovered that one of the authors of the JCPOA, former Secretary of State John Kerry has been meeting secretly with Iran’s Foreign Minister Javad Zarif to “save” Obama’s legacy.
As far as I know, the astoundingly ineffective Kerry holds no government post in the Trump administration and has the same diplomatic credentials as Dennis Rodman.
Shouldn’t somebody look into why John Kerry is colluding with Iranians? I just don’t like the sound of that.
Zarif has said that America is “not a reliable negotiating partner”; he has referred to some of Trump’s statements regarding the deal as “hate speech that belongs in medieval times”; he refers to PM Netanyahu as “the boy who cried wolf”; he describes Iran’s geopolitical behavior as “prudent and moderate”; that Iran has a “consistent policy of opposing extremism”; and, finally, before the United Nations he stated that “Iran will continue to remain a strong supporter of nuclear disarmament.”
In 2013 before the General Assembly, President Hassan Rouhani, the purported “moderate” leader of Iran, told the world, “Nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction have no place in Iran’s security and defense doctrine, and contradict our fundamental religious and ethical convictions.”
THE FATWA
And in case you don’t think I’m telling the truth, remember that Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei issued a fatwa against the development of nuclear weapons, okay?
Oh, really? This from a political and religious leader of the Islamic Republic. That is just one big garbled pack of lies and I can only imagine that Voldemort’s image had to be on the back of that white turban Rouhani wore that day.
We know all these statements to be lies and we know that Obama and Kerry knew them to be lies at the time they entered into the JCPOA.
The brave men and women of the Mossad who work in purposeful obscurity have sealed this deal. With many elements of the Intelligence Community in America embroiled in one of the worst scandals in our history – in effect, manipulating secretive elements of our justice system for domestic spying for the purpose of overturning a duly-elected President deemed loathsome and incapable – we hold the Mossad in even higher regard despite the fact that it often engages in acts that would drive Democratic Lemmings off a cliff.
In addition to the revelations provided by Israel, the die was most certainly cast when Trump appointed Amb. John Bolton as his National Security Adviser. While most Progressives view him as a warmongering lunatic, he has always been a steadfast supporter of Israel’s, an unapologetic critic of the JCPOA and Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons and an advocate of taking hawkish economic measures against China and North Korea to force a change in the status quo.
Much to the chagrin of many who believe that any agreement with Iran is better than no agreement at all, I believe America will be withdrawing from the JCPOA this week unless Macron and Merkel can somehow convince Trump that Iran has opened the door a crack to reopen the agreement’s more objectionable elements.
Forgive me if I doubt the presence of any door and certainly no possibility of a crack. Obama’s “legacy” of socially re-engineering Iran will stand right next to his Syrian “red line”, taxing people for refusing to buy health insurance and ensuring his FBI and Justice Department did not pursue criminal charges against Hillary Clinton with any vigor.
