For those seeking a home for their start-up, Jerusalem beckons.

I am now completing my first full month of living, working, and being part of the Made in Jerusalem community.

Living in Jerusalem is much different that taking the bus from Tel Aviv, taking taxis from meeting to meeting, and then rushing back to the  bus station to return to my AirBNB in Tel Aviv.

Living here means I get more done.  I go to more evening events.   I get to spend quality time in my role to #BeHelpful as the Rackspace Brand Ambassador to Israel.

It also means I get to spend time with two long-time friends, Jon Medved and Lisa Barkan.

If you are thinking of moving to Israel.

If you are thinking of creating your own startup.

If you are looking to join a team.

Or, if you’re a corporate business development person looking where to plant your next flag…. then follow and listen to Jon and Lisa and take a very serious look at basing and creating from the Nation’s Capital, Jerusalem.

While at face value you may see them as doing different things, their collective wisdom and insights might serve you well as you explore where you belong, where you can make an impact, and finding meaning in Startup Nation.
