So you want my vote?

It used to be so easy to pick a candidate to vote for in the United States of America.

Over the years I’ve  had no issues casting my vote. That was until the last election. I just couldn’t make myself go and vote.

I would never vote for Donald Trump (the dictator wannabe) yet I also couldn’t vote for anyone who didn’t support Israel’s right to exist.

I am a Feminist, Zionist. Or am I a Zionist, Feminist?  Both issues are equally important to me. I can’t vote against women’s civil rights and or Israel’s right to exist.

It has gotten to the point neither political party really supports the notion of equality under the law (ERA) anymore. How can anyone who supports Shira law consider themselves feminist?  I just don’t understand how the Democratic Party has become so brainwashed.

Let’s not forget that Sharia law is not legally recognized or enforceable system of law in the United States, and it cannot override or replace U.S. federal, state, or local laws. Just as the actions of Donald Trump and his “MAGA” Republican Party’s actions of attempting to overturn the Constitution of the United States. How can anyone American vote for anyone connected to the Republican or Democratic Parties?  

I’m googling each and every candidate and looking for their stance on Israel and or women’s rights. This is not about being Republican or a Democrat.  This is about upholding our constitution.  I’ve spent a lifetime advocating for women’s rights and fighting against antisemitism. Never in a million years did I think I would have to choose between two issues close to my heart. 

I’ve decided if I can’t find a candidate that supports both women’s rights and Israel, I will NOT vote for anyone in that category.  I have to live with myself. I have to be able to sleep at night. Blaming someone for not voting purely Democratic or Republican is un-American. Not having qualified candidates is criminal. Both parties are to blame for the situation America’s in right now. It is up to each individual voter to do the right thing, and vote out this insanity.
