The Internet Right’s Strange Obsession with Israel

Expand the image: AI-generated editorial collage showing Tucker Carlson, Andrew Tate, Nick Fuentes, Candace Owens, the Hodgetwins, and Myron Gaines against the Israeli flag and social-media icons, created by OpenAI’s DALL·E.

Something rotten is spreading online — and it reeks of betrayal. The same voices who have spent years preaching about defending Western civilization and Judeo-Christian values are now kneeling to the mullahs of Tehran and weeping for Hamas. What began as “anti-globalist skepticism” has mutated into open antisemitism wrapped in pseudo-intellectual rebellion.

Scroll through X, Rumble, or Telegram and you will see it in full display: Tucker Carlson peddling Kremlin talking points while fawning over Iran’s ayatollahs. Andrew Tate, the internet’s self-proclaimed alpha, ranting like a Qatari state propagandist and accusing Israel of “genocide” to content his new ‘ummah’ brothers and sisters who hated his Islamic conversion. Nick Fuentes saluting Hitler while pretending to be a patriot. Candace Owens playing the martyr every time her pro-Hamas “truths” are called out. Even the Hodgetwins and Myron Gaines now sneer that supporting Israel means “selling out to the globalists.”

This is not anti-war. It is anti-reality.

They hate Israel not because they understand geopolitics, but because they have replaced faith with conspiracy. In their warped worldview, every problem on Earth traces back to “Zionists” or the “chosen people” (as they “love” mocking us). It is not analysis — it is antisemitism dressed in nationalism. They have turned moral clarity into meme culture. They call it rebellion, but it is just moral rot repackaged for clicks.

When Iran hangs gay people — silence. When Hamas fires rockets from hospitals and schools — silence. When Jews defend themselves — outrage. These self-styled “truth tellers” do not care about principles; they care about engagement metrics. Every anti-Israel post is a paycheck. Every pro-Hamas rant is another monetized clip. This is not conviction — it is commerce. They sell anti-Israel hate like influencers sell protein powder.

They rail about “Western hypocrisy,” yet they have become its ultimate embodiment. They claim to fight for Christian civilization while siding with jihadists who would burn every Bible they could find. They praise “traditional masculinity” while admiring a regime that stones women for showing their hair. They pretend to love freedom but parrot KGB-like propaganda written in Moscow and Tehran.

This is not the conservatism of Reagan, Thatcher, or even the early Trump who proudly recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. This is a new digital cult — godless, leaderless, and morally hollow — that worships outrage instead of truth.

Israel is not perfect — no nation is. But it is the only democracy in the Middle East where women vote, Christians and Muslims worship freely, and journalists attack their prime minister without ending up in a ditch. Doubtlessly, the Jewish State stands for the very values these internet trolls claim to defend: strength, resilience, faith, and freedom. And that is exactly why they hate it — because Israel exposes what they lack: courage, conviction, and a spine to stand on the right side of history.

Let’s stop pretending this is about “foreign policy.” It is about identity. The new online right has confused rebellion with nihilism. They do not stand for anything; they stand against whoever their followers are told to hate this week. They call it “truth-telling,” but it is treason in meme form.

Thus, when the right forgets who its allies are, it becomes indistinguishable from the enemies it once swore to fight. The internet’s fake conservatives have not just turned on Israel — they have turned on the West itself. They think they are fighting globalism; in reality, they have become useful “elements” for the very forces that want civilization destroyed.

The conservative movement once understood a simple truth: when the enemies of freedom chant “Death to Israel,” they also mean “Death to America.” Forget that, and you are not defending the West — you are handing it over to its executioners. The new right has chosen sides. And they chose evil.
