The world is reverting back to the era of empires

Israel is well-prepared for the era of empires dictating the rules to smaller nations. As much as I’d like to believe the world can keep the post-1945 international order intact, in spite of diplomatic assurances and political grandstanding, it seems the world is turning back the clock to the era of empires dictating the rules to small and medium nations. The terrible surge of anti-Semitism around the world is, indeed, a consequence of the ongoing collapse of the post-1945 international order.

No wonder all sorts of crazies are now in high demand. In times of civilizational flux, when one international order is collapsing and the new one hasn’t yet emerged, all sorts of psychopaths, conmen and nutjobs emerge and flourish. People are looking for answers, for the proverbial father figure to look up to, even worship. And, with social media now giving us instant communication across the planet, terrorists, cult leaders, psychopaths and others are harvesting the minds of their victims thousands of miles away.

Tucker Carlson has released an interview with Aleksandr Dugin, a Russian fascist-ideologist and an ardent advocate of Russian imperialism. While I get the idea of free speech, Tucker doesn’t ask a single challenging question. This isn’t journalism he so proudly claims to espouse. This is a disturbing distortion of journalism that – given his huge platform – can have catastrophic consequences for millions of people.

What does Dugin want? If my understanding is correct, he wants nations such as Ukraine, Poland, central Europe in general, to cease to exist/be absorbed (sounds like code for genocide of millions to me) by the bigger players because such are the laws of sacred geometry (?). Small and even medium-sized nations are going to have to become puppets of the big players. But becoming puppets doesn’t seem to be what Dugin has in mind. He wants enslaved nations that can be exterminated if they show as much as a sign of resisting Russia or some other empire in his ”glorious” multipolar world. Sure, he isn’t going to say it openly, he’s smart, but it’s there. Nothing personal, just politics, is his attitude. A vile, vile creature with a silver tongue, a quasi-philosopher coward using others to do his bidding.

His demented daughter actively supported his ideas. I don’t care if she was brainwashed or she knew what she was doing. She had a choice and she shamelessly chose to profit off genocide in Ukraine while justifying Russian atrocities, such as the burning alive of Ukrainian POWs in a Russian missile strike. Her fate in the afterlife is in God’s hands but I seriously doubt she’s still that proud, imperialist-fascist Russian she was while alive. A proper punishment would be a forceful and humiliating de-russification. Same goes for all the other so-called ”Z-patriots.”

Maybe I’m wrong. Maybe that terrible era won’t come about. But, judging by the number of deluded and dumb people around the world easily brainwashed by Russian propagandists, I’m pretty sure that we can’t dodge that bullet. Well, maybe, maybe, we can dodge the nuclear war bullet, so that’s a plus.
