When things bother you, take a break and remove yourself from this world.

Nowadays the hiddenness of HaShem is so strong.

Even though HaShem is infinitely great,
He humbles Himself just to take care of you.

You need to do your personal prayers
every day for them to work.

Otherwise, you get swept back into the worries and distractions of life.

You need to turn to HaShem!

Rabbi Aryeh Leib Zell’s listener comments:

“When you have Menuchas Hanefesh (inner calm):

You are not fighting your wife and kids.
You are not fighting people at work.
You are not fighting the neighbors.

You even thank HaShem for your hardships!”

When you speak honestly to HaShem
these prayers make a big difference in your
joy and satisfaction in life.

Your anxiety level falls.

When things bother you,
remove yourself from this world.

How much pain can you handle?
How many worries about your parnossa (livelihood)?
How many worries about your health?

How many worries about your family?

Take a break.

It is time to find your Menuchas Hanefesh.

Question:

How do you deal with things in life that bother you?

Let us know what you think?

Please share this with anyone
who might enjoy or benefit from it.
