A Night of Wonders: A Tribute to Miracles and Heroes

It was a night of wonders—beyond imagination. A night marked by miracles that will forever be etched in the sacred storybook of the Jewish People. A time to lift our eyes and give heartfelt thanks to God, and to the brave pilots who rose to the skies in our hour of greatest need.

To paraphrase the words of Winston Churchill: Never has so much been owed by a nation to so few—those courageous souls who soared into the darkness, shielding their people with wings of fire.

In the spirit of the prophet Jeremiah (Jeremiah 16:14–15):
“Therefore, behold, days are coming—declares the Lord—when it will no longer be said: ‘As the Lord lives who brought the Children of Israel up from the land of Egypt,’ but rather: ‘As the Lord lives who brought the Children of Israel up from the land of the North…’”

So too, in our own days, we declare:
The time will come when it will no longer be said:
“As the Lord lives—and as lives the IDF—who by miracles saved us from Hezbollah,”
but rather:
“As the Lord lives—and as lives the Israel Defense Forces—who performed miracles and wonders, and saved us from Iran and from all who sought our harm”
