Professor Hussein Al-Deek is a Palestinian academic and researcher, an expert in international relations and US-Israeli affairs, residing in Jerusalem. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the United States, with a dissertation on the nature, foundations, and determinants of US-Israeli relations. He is the Director of Research at the Center for Moderation Studies in Jerusalem. He has also worked as a part-time researcher at the Center for Dialogue Studies in Washington, D.C., the Center for Arab-Eurasian Studies in Cairo, and the Raseef22 Beirut website. He has served as a visiting lecturer at several American universities and as a part-time lecturer at Haifa College in Jerusalem, the Modern University College in Ramallah, and Al-Quds Open University in Ramallah. He has published several research papers in peer-reviewed academic journals, including Al-Maqdisiyah Journal, published by Al-Quds University in Jerusalem, and Siyasat Journal, published by the Siyasat Institute in Ramallah. He is a columnist for Al-Quds newspaper in Jerusalem and for the Beirut Times in Michigan.
