Baked Tilapia with Spicy Salsa

Here is a great dinner that I know you will love.

Baked Tilapia with Spicy Salsa



1 tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Whole Tilapia cleaned
Kosher salt and freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
A handful of Fresh Mint chopped

1 cup Spicy Roasted Pepper and Tomato Salsa (See recipe in this blog.)


Season the tilapia inside and out with a little olive oil, mint, kosher salt and pepper. Fill with a tablespoon or so of salsa.

In a baking pan add the remaining salsa and place the fish on top. Bake the fish at 350 degrees F. For about 20-25 minutes until the fish begins to flake.

Serve with wild rice, a vegetable, a salad and some fresh bread for a complete meal.

A special note. Whenever possible please purchase Kosher items that come from Israel especially those products that originate in Judea and the Shomron.
