Is any other nation's morality judged because they removed terrorists shirts in order to NOT be blown up or shot?

In their commitment to reduce Palestinian civilian casualties, Israel Defense Forces have been performing ground operations against Hamas, and as a result continue to sacrifice Israeli men and women in Gaza. Rockets from Gaza continue to rain down on Israelis and, unlike Hamas, Israel’s government has ensured their citizens have shelters and means to try and stay safe.
