There’s no shame in showing off emotional immaturity (anger and hatred win the day) and political blindness (we should occupy Gaza). Anything but trying to avoid and cutting off wars. If it was up to them, many of our children would die for their “enlightened” vision.
Meanwhile, Bibi is vilified by many countries and groups the world over as an extreme rightwing hawk. And not only by Nazi sympathizers and anti-Zionists (antisemites) who like to portray him dripping with blood.
There is no way to solve the Middle-East problems as long as anti-Semitism is rampant and unimpeded. But then the leader of Israel is blamed for it. As nonsensical as condemning him for the weather.
Meanwhile, King Bibi, as lovingly called by his supporters, has the wisdom and humanity to stand his ground. He’s right, of course.
And the people know, as the Sages in the Talmud already conceded. If they’re not prophets, they’re descendants of prophets.
Praise by everyone is worth nothing when you know that you’re wrong. But all criticism (or praise) in the world amount to nothing when you know that you’re doing the right thing.
