Nations anxiously wait for Iran to give up its uranium

So far, although Iran reportedly told the US that they wouldn’t make a nuclear bomb, they seem reluctant to provide details regarding how they would surrender their enriched uranium. And Iran wants the US to release their frozen assets now.

Trump doesn’t agree. He wants Iran to provide details about the uranium. He wants to see more commitment, before releasing Iran’s money. Trump probably feels that once the money is released, Iran can then procrastinate.

Nations are watching anxiously. Much of the world’s economy is shaking, pivoting on whether Iran gives up its uranium. Many ships continue to be blocked, unable to traverse the strait of Hormuz. The longer Iran refuses to release its uranium, the more the world’s economic wellbeing is being jeopardized.

Powerful nations are now powerless. Europe, China, and many Asian countries look on helplessly, humbled. They are learning quickly, that they are not as powerful as they thought they were.

It’s a powerful lesson in humility. What does true humility mean?

Sometimes people act humbly, pretend to be humble. But they don’t really feel humble. True humility means, that you really feel that way.

The Torah tells us, that Moses was more humble than any person on earth.

Because even though Moses knew that he had accomplished great things, leading the Jews out of Egypt, raising his staff as the sea split, and approaching the Almighty at Mount Sinai, nevertheless Moses realized, that his talents and abilities come from G-d. And he felt, that if someone else had possessed his talents, that person would have done much better.

Nations are quickly learning, that they are not all powerful. That their powers and abilities come from the Almighty.

They are learning about humility. They are realizing, that G-d conducts everything that happens in this world.

Nations are seeing, that there is a G-d in this world.
