Omar Lies Again – ‘It’s All About The Benjamin Baby’
BS”D
It will be one year Monday that Omar made the following statement-
It’s all about the Benjamins baby
— Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) February 10, 2019
And when Omar was challenged about its meaning, she gave the following response-
Forward journalist Batya Ungar-Sargon wrote: “Would love to know who @IlhanMN thinks is paying American politicians to be pro-Israel, though I think I can guess. Bad form, Congresswoman. That’s the second anti-Semitic trope you’ve tweeted.”
In reply, Omar wrote: “AIPAC!” The American Israel Public Affairs Committee is the most influential U.S. lobby group supporting the Israeli government.
By saying Loshen Hora against the Jews in this very sneaky way, she may have brought about a series of punishments upon herself and the country in which she was born; Somalia, that will be hard to escape from. The locust plague discussed in my last Blog may be just the beginning.
The Song’s Title Is Different
The Actual Song she is referring to is titled “It’s All About the Benjamins” sung by a group notorious for producing songs with very unkosher lyrics. And that’s something I only discovered when I first looked into this song a year ago. I was never a fan of this type of music and never wanted it in our house as it sets a very bad example for our children.
It is most certainly the type of song that previous lawmakers representing Minnesota’s 5th District, prior to Keith Ellison, would not have liked to be associated with. I never knew Ellison, but I am very aware of who Walter Judd, Donald Fraser and Martin Sabo were and that they represented the interests of the residents within the district.
Omar claims to do the same, but in reality, after seeing her job performance over the past year, that is definitely a false claim in my opinion, and I am sure many readers will agree with me.
The “Benjamin Baby” Was Born In Parshat Vayishlach
Benjamin was born on the road leading to Bethlehem as the Torah says, and as Rochel’s life was ebbing away, due to a difficult childbirth, Rachel then died and was buried on that very spot that is today known as Kever Rachel or Rachel’s Tomb.
The Tribe of Benjamin plays a significant role in Jewish history, so by speaking against the Jews as Omar did, she unknowingly made reference to five Parshas that appear at the end of the book of Genesis. Those Parshas all feature Benjamin and they are as follows-
Vayishlach
Vayeishev
Mikeitz
Vayigash
Vayechi
Then there is a “split’ you may say from Genesis, as Vayechi is the final chapter.
We then begin the book of “Exodus” and the first five chapters are as follows-
Shemos – A new Pharaoh causes the Jews to suffer at the hands of the Egyptians
Vaeira – The first seven plagues
Bo – The final three plagues
Beshalach – The Sea Splits
Yisro – The Ten Commandments
An Interesting Pattern Has Developed
From the birth of Benjamin until the end of Genesis, there are five Parshas.
Then there is a split between Genesis and Exodus
Then there are another five Parshas ending with the giving of the Ten Commandments
If you step back and look at this whole pattern, we have five parshas, a split, and then another five parshas – equally balanced on both sides of the split.
This Past Week We Read About The Splitting Of The Sea In Shul …..
In Parshat Beshalach the sea splits and the Torah says the water was a wall for them on their right side and left side; equally balanced on both sides as I understand it. And let me add that the number 5 represents the fingers on each hand, so you could say those are the hands of G-d holding the waters long enough for the Jews to cross the Sea.
This major blunder by Omar will no doubt come back to haunt her, and more clues can be found within the ten Parshas discussed above.
And Then We Saw The Splitting Of “The Speech In Congress”
When the President finished his State Of The Union address, it was Nancy Pelosi who, on national TV decided to give us a good indication of the Parsha we read in Shul this past week.
Asked about why she tore up the written copy of the speech, the House Speaker called President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address a “manifesto of mistruths.”
This Summarizes The Current State Of The Union
There is a very big split between the two major parties as we go into the 2020 elections. At this point it looks like nothing short of a miracle has to take place to get the situation to normalize.
It seems only when this takes place, will Congress get back to its normal daily activities.
