Aryeh Lazar

The more you appreciate what HaShem gives you, the calmer and happier you become

Many people spend their lives
focused only on
what they are missing.

What is not working out?
What am I lacking?
Why is life difficult?

But when your mind
focuses only on what is missing,
you slowly lose
your sense of joy.

Torah teaches you
to notice all the good
that already fills your life.

For example:

Spending time with your family and loved ones.
Waking up every morning healthy.
Encouragement from a friend.
Another day with so many opportunities to grow

“Give thanks to HaShem,
for He is good.
His kindness endures forever.”
(Psalm 118:1)

Gratitude changes the way you experience life.

Instead of feeling deprived, you feel fulfilled.
Instead of feeling lost, you feel guided.
Instead of feeling abandoned, you feel cared for.

Even difficult moments
become easier to deal with
when you remember that
HaShem accompanies you through them.

The more gratitude you develop,
the more peaceful
your inner world becomes.

Life becomes a pleasure!

What blessings in your life could you spend more time appreciating?

We love to hear your thoughts.

Please share this with anyone
who might enjoy or benefit from it.
