The No-Gloat Gloat

We’ve been there before.

2016.

I fell asleep on the couch watching television, fully expecting Hillary Clinton to defeat Donald Trump.

I woke up at 3:00 a.m. to see Trump and his wife, Melania, walk out on stage, waving and smiling.

I thought I was dreaming.

Trump never got to enjoy the fruits of his success because opposition to him started within hours. The Washington Post published an article titled “The campaign to impeach President Trump has begin” on the same day he took the oath of office.

The mainstream media was relentless.

They mocked everything Trump said or did.

Hillary Clinton never gave up her claim that she actually won the election.

In a period of four years, Trump was investigated, charged and impeached twice. The words “Steele dossier” funded by Hillary CLinton’s organization entered our vocabulary.

Still, he managed to get three Supreme Court justices and 231 federaljudges approved by the Senate.

We had prosperity, nearly full employment, peace. Our borders were secure.

Trump ran again in 2020 but Democrats were ready. They were not going to let Trump get re-elected.

The infamous “51 intelligent experts” claiming that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation (without examining it!) probably helped turn the tide.

Having learned from 2020, in 2024, Republicans invested in an army of lawyers and decided on a “Too big to rig” campaign. One after another big name Democrats, (Gabbard, Kennedy, Musk, Kennedy) campaigned for Trump. He chose an accomplished and telegenic, JD Vance to be his running mate.

Trump is to be sworn as president on January 20, 2025.

If Democrats had let him win in 2020, he would be finishing his last presidential term. Instead they kept him in focus him as a national political figure for an additional four years while exposing their unpopular far left agenda for all to see.

As a result, Republicans not only won the White House, they took control of the Senate and maintained their majority in the House.

Not only is Trump going to improve the energy, hospitality, manufacturing industries, he going to cause an explosion in the wigs sector as it scrambles to accommodate the Democratic women who have shaved their hair in protest at Trump’s election. (See Tok-Tok).

Some posters are claiming that baldness isn’t enough, only tattoos will do. (Cue Laser removal practitioners.)

The aforementioned is in addition to their “no reproduction” pledge.

Some white women are attacking their race, a classification over which they have no responsibility (it was determined at the moment of conception) and over which they have no control (except for spray tans).

There’s another business Trump will grow!

Tanning salons!
