Don’t be naïve. Antisemites are not interested in facts or proofs. They’re busy with Jew-hatred, which is not an opinion or state of mind but only an expression of dishonesty that has no place for factuality. But you should.
The numbers come from different facts, almost all of them from Chamas.
In these numbers, we ignore that some of the Gazans who died were used as human shields, sacrificed, mistakenly hit by ‘friendly fire,’ and executed by the terrorists, and also that buildings were destroyed by the terrorists.
1. Killed by War
Chamas has now put the total number of Gazan deaths at 55,000 (A).
Natural death during peace in 1.75 years for 2.3 M people is 31,000 (B).
Israel has killed 24,000 (C) terrorists. NB: An aid worker by day and a terrorist by night is a terrorist. A child with a Sten gun is a terrorist.
Innocent civilians killed: approximately A minus B minus C is zero.
The IDF is fighting the cleanest war ever; Chamas the dirtiest.
2. Population
Before the UN Court delayed its genocide case against Israel, it stated and admitted, IMHO to its chagrin, that when the population doesn’t diminish, you can’t speak of genocide. “44. The Court recalls that, in order for acts to fall within the scope of Article II of the [Genocide] Convention, ‘the intent must be to destroy at least a substantial part [my stress] of the particular group. That is demanded by the very nature of the crime of genocide: since the object and purpose of the [Genocide] Convention as a whole is to prevent the intentional destruction of groups, the part targeted must be significant enough to have an impact on the group as a whole.'” When a population grows or stays the same, it’s not subjected to genocide.
3. Famine
So, there’s no mass dying amid the 2.3 M innocent, not by war or by food scarcity, despite Chamas’ fierce ploys to create a humanitarian disaster.
4. Gender and Age
The latest UN numbers say that 40% of the dead are men (Chamas is too sexist to let women be terrorists too), 20% women, and 31% children. The UN definition of a child is someone under 18. A reasonable definition of a terrorist is a civilian with a firearm. It is reasonable to not believe these numbers at all, but for argument’s sake, using them, it is reasonable to assume that 40-20%=20% are grown terrorists; a quarter of the child deaths are child terrorists at 8%, and the full 9% missing are terrorists too, which adds up to 37% terrorists and 63% non-combat deaths. If Chamas now claims 55,000 deaths, terrorists stand at 37% of 55,000 = 21,000, with natural deaths at 31,000, then there are 6,000 dead innocent civilians.
In another frank declaration from Chamas, it admitted that 72% of combat-aged fatalities are males, ages 13-55. That means that women, girls, and underage boys are 28%. That means that at least 72%-28% = 44% of 55,000 is 24,000 are terrorists. Add to that the 31,000 natural deaths, and the number of civilian deaths is zero (which is 0.00%). Per 24,000 dead terrorists, zero civilians died as ‘collateral damage,’ 0%.
In yet another count, male deaths are 2/3 and female deaths 1/3. That means that about 1/3 of all deaths are terrorists, 18,000. With natural death at 31,000 and total deaths at 55,000, dead civilians are at 6,000.
5. Destroyed Buildings
Satellite images show that at least 70% of Gaza’s buildings are destroyed or severely damaged, with Rafah being 90% in ruin. The total number of deaths, including terrorists and natural deaths, is, according to Chamas, 55,000 or 2.4% of the population. If 70-90% of the houses were destroyed and 2.4% of the population died, civilians were not targeted!
(Empty buildings were also not targeted, as that too is a war crime if it doesn’t serve any strategic purpose. Almost all houses in Gaza had an entrance to the terror network of the ‘Gaza Underground.’)
This truth is even clearer if you consider that Israel has millions of bomb shelters for citizens, but all the Gaza bomb shelters are just for terrorists!
This not only shows that the terrorists want civilian casualties but also that the population under terrorist occupation doesn’t revolt because it knows that the IDF doesn’t target them! (If this section doesn’t open your eyes, you don’t want to know the facts, and I would like to learn why not.)
The Numbers: Conclusion
The number of dead civilians from war in almost 2 years of fighting, based on Chamas’ numbers, varies from zero to 6,000. On a population of 2.3 million, during mostly urban warfare, that dismisses famine and genocide.
True Genocide
Chamas itself admitted with pride that the goal of the pogrom on Simchat Torah was genocide, conform its founding documents’ ‘ideals.’ To make it qualify, it has stated over and over again that it seeks to repeat the assault.
Clearly, wanting the ME Jew-free From the River to the Sea is genocide.
The Syrian Army started to massacre the Druze. No one condemned them. Only Israel immediately tried to stop them and bombed the hell out of them. Every other country condemned Israel’s ‘aggression.’ Shocking.
Calling anything genocide makes the real genocides look uneventful.
One must be a total idiot, entirely uninformed, wholly naïve, or completely malicious to believe the numberless, baseless lies of Chamas, the UN, etc.
While the Jews were massacred in Europe for over 1000 years, they were always accused of being murderers. There is nothing new under the sun.
