May God Bless the Nation of Israel
May God bless Israel and give her victory over her enemies this day and every day.
The Bible mentions Jerusalem, Zion, more than any other place, about 800 times. This includes New Testament citing as well.
“The Lord has chosen Zion (Jerusalem); He has desired it for His habitation. ‘This is My resting place forever; here I will dwell, for I have desired it. I will abundantly bless her provision; I will satisfy her needy with bread’” (Psalm 132:13-15)
“For behold, in those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all the nations, and bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat. Then I will enter into judgment with them there on behalf of my people and My inheritance, Israel, whom I have scattered among the nations; and they have divided up My land.” (Joel 3:1-2)
“Then it will happen on that day that the Lord will again recover the second time with His hand the remnant of His people, who will remain, from Assyria, Egypt, Pathros, Cush, Elam, Shinar, Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. and He will lift up a standard for the nations, and will assemble the banished ones of Israel, and will gather the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.” (Isaiah 11:11-13)
And with regards to God’s people; “Now the Lord said to Abraham, ‘Go forth from your country and your relatives and from your father’s house, to the land which I will show you; And I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great; and so you shall be a blessing; and I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.’” (Genesis 12:1-3)
May God bless Israel, and His chosen people, with victory over her enemies.
