Don Davis is a retired, published, American, Senior Middle East analyst, news writer, contributor and book author who has lived permanently in the Middle East and Mediterranean region for over thirty years.
Prior to the October 7th attack on Israel, Don began researching and analyzing again due to inconsistencies in intelligence. Contributing his analysis freely and sending and publishing a warning three months before Oct 7th in lieu of Iranian and proxy threatening behavior and intel miscalculations against Israel.
He began his travel and international experiences when he was born into a military family. Years after, his dad additionally flew with an international humanitarian flight organization and Don’s family carried on their global travels at the same accelerated pace.
Don is also the book author of the international spy and assassin thriller, The Children of Santiago. The story is no fuzzy, cutesy story. Nor, about Santiago, Chile. Instead, a sobering, blunt, action and psychological account about a military general, Santiago, using children, teen and young adults as spies and assassins. Recruited from international families while on active assignments abroad during the 1960s, 70s, 80s and 1990s.
